Unlike anything else in Istanbul this museum offers a refreshing break from the long history of the surrounding city. The restaurant is pricey but it is a lovely respite with gorgeous views literally on the Bosphorus. Well worth purchasing the audio tour to enhance your...More

The gallery itself is not very big, but the artwork I have seen is very special. Although on the day I went there there were 3 big cruiser ships blocking the view of the Bosphorus, on a normal day you can enjoy this view from...More

We really enjoyed their contemporary departement. We found among others Olafur Eliasson, which was breathtaking. Also it is Not very Big, which makes the exhibition suitable for everyone. Theresa a wonderful cafe by the sea-go there for breakfast or lunch:)

Sitting pretty with an age-old air about it, Karakoy
is situated on the European side of the Bosphorus at
the mouth of the Golden Horn. Perhaps the city’s most
historically significant area, it’s currently one of
the most happening parts of town as well. Here street
vendors and alfresco fish restaurants line the banks
of the Horn where the views of major attractions
across the water rival Karakoy’s own key attractions,
