This mosque is currently being torn down and rebuilt. Unsure if the new building will be as magnificent (in appearance) as the current structure. Only half of the building currently remains. It is across the street from Odels.

We passed this mosque when walking to Odel. The noticeable thing was all the birds which sat here and not on other buildings around. They looked like pigeons. If it had not been for the birds I might not have even noticed the actual building.

A beautiful muslim cultural symbol at the very popular Colombo 7 area, right opposite to the Odel, nice clean place and a calm inside property.
