This night market is well set with lots of touristy gimmicks. It was fun strolling around with the food sensories working overtime. The different stalls and their wares make for interesting viewing. Strolling along the river bank with the traffic cutoff was good but still...More

Its good to have a park but a lot is paved, and there is often a lot of activity with locals and tourists jogging or relaxing or watching the sunrise/set over the Mekong. There is a night market if one is not after quality items....More

When visiting Vientiane, make sure to check out the night market by the riverside. Try the local food and other local wares being sold.

Visited the park in the evening for the walking street (tonnes of Asian souvenirs and a few street food vendors) and in the morning were its much quieter with people out exercising. Not much here and the view isn't anything special either.

The highlight of this park is the night market. It starts at 6pm and you will get a lot of things here, from souvenirs to shirt and of course street food! It's good to be back to Vientiane for this!

A nice place to have a stroll with someone you like or love. Plenty of people out and about and a good view of the sunset in clear weather. It wasn't clear when we went last night but you can't rate the weather can you?...More
