This is maybe the most popular Mosque in Astana, when I visited it there were a lot of people and it was not a Friday. Quite interesting also inside.

It`s an interesting city built 20 years ago. It`s a mixture between Asian and European style with high towers and traditional belt tent. People are kind even if they don`t know English language. Food it`s amazing and the lovely view makes you feel great.

Beautiful structure that welcomes you every time and all the time. The large space gives it a mysterious look and I felt at peace every time I visited the mosque. Feel like going there every day.

Friendly worshipers pitched in to explain all aspects of the Mosque's features. Large washing halls below to clean ones self before prayer.

As a non-Muslim I have not visited many mosques but found this one welcoming, bright, and peaceful. The external architecture attracts and internally the big open space and carpets created a sense of calm. Worth a visit regardless of religious affiliation.

Beautiful mosque on the main boulevard of Astana. Entrance is free and the builiding is beautiful. Better come here before you look at the newer mosque...afterwards its not as impressive anymore.

A large mosque close to the palace of peace and reconciliation and the national museum of Kazakhstan.
