Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a great way to enjoy some local warmth in the 2nd coldest capital city in the world. The sauna is an enormous complex. The reception seems grand, but inside it is simple and basic. I was in the men-only section (I assume that there is a part for women too. Towel and slippers are provided. Bring your own soap or buy it in the shop. You can also by y birch branches (more on that later). There were many dufferent experiences;
- massage (English speaking female therapist and not too expensive.
- steam, sauna, pool, hot marble bed area...
- the best part was a super-hot sauna where Jean beat themselves and each other with birch branches. The complex is large and not signed in English so I almost missed this.
- there is some very local food on offer as well

If you like to go to sauna, visit Keremet with good Russian and smaller finish sauna and great cooling pool. It is nice, clean and cheap. Good to try local bath and it was better than baths in Istanbul.
