A good place to get souvenirs, largely the same as the night markets that dot Siem Reap Old Town. Bargain hard, and buy in larger quantities for good discounts. It's really for tourists. If you want a real local market in Siem Reap, go to Phsar...More

this is an old market in Cambodia and we can say it a culture market. Most people known this market as the 60s Century market.

Phsar Chas means Old Market. Its where the localsv seem to shop for anything from vegetables to clothes. Might interest those who want to catch a feel of a Khmer local market. The market is situated in the 13/15th street and Street 108/110 area.

This is a true Asian market, and worth a visit. It's geared towards residents rather than tourists, so if you spot something you want as a non-resident, be prepared and learn a few Khmer words to help your haggling

As a long-term resident, this is by far my least favorite market in phnom penh. The ground is slippery and unever, dark inside, and the ceiling is way too low (I need to stoop in many places). Prices are also a bit higher than other...More
