Awesome yoga classes

It only took 15 mins to discover that NataRaj yoga was my new sanctuary away from home. They all practice peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, compassion and love and truly I will never forget my time here at NataRaj and feel truly blessed to have such strong, beautiful friends who are leaders in the community and empower others to live healthy,... I did a drop in class with Mia and it was a great workout during which I really worked on my form and postures. Although a basic level class, the way Mia explained the movements it would be appropriate for intermediate levels who wish to ensure correct form as well. If I lived in Phnom Penh, I would be a... I am only in Phnom Penh for a few days and wanted to go to a yoga class. I found NataRaj Yoga in my lonely planet guide and went to the vinyasa flow, which was great. The teacher and the staff there were really welcoming and it had a nice feel to the place. I would definitely go back if... More

I have been taking yoga classes at Nataraj for the past two years and couldn't recommend it more. They have classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Just give them a call, Facebook message, or stop by in person and they're always willing to help you out. I love the vinyasa flow classes the most. They provide all the materials,... More

I visited here to teach yoga and also took a few classes, really enjoyed the atmosphere and the people that form this yoga community. Any profits made by Krama go to helping educate disadvantaged kids to lead healthier life's so your dollars here are well spent. I'm sure I'll be back regularly.

My daughter who has recently finished her yoga teacher training suggested we do a weekend retreat together while I was visiting her in Phnom Penh, even though I am a beginner. The yoga and meditation retreat will be a highlight of my holiday in Cambodia and NataRaj Yoga provided a program was a perfect balance between yoga, meditation, meal time,... More

I'm a little late on this review (I was in Phnom Penh in January), but I even though I practiced at NataRaj almost half a year ago, I *still* think about and miss this studio every time I step on a mat elsewhere. I attended classes 3-5 times/ week during the month that I lived in Phnom Penh. NataRaj has... More

Arrive in a new city. Find a yoga class. Always good. This was exceptional - accessibility, class availability and teacher. A little hard to find only cause not at the point where Google maps indicated, but a little further up the street - sign on the fence. 🙏 I'll be going again today.
