Really enjoyed this trip with Amom who was friendly and knowledgeable and Mr Man who kept our bikes in good order. We did get very muddy and sweaty but lots of fun. Enjoyed the silk farm and the excellent local lunch to finish.

If I'm not wrong, the 2 islands are Mekong Island and Silk Island. You can google for their Khmer names.
