Usual quality for a country like this!!

As usual, the brochures promise a whole lot more than you actually get.
The internet on board was non existent. The guy drove like a crazy man.
However it got me there and with the help of a bottle of whisky a bus really is just a bus

Golf Tour with PSD in Phnom Penh.
Feb. 2018 • Couples
We went on a Golf and sightseeing tour with PSD in February 2018. We played three rounds of golf and had one day sightseeing in Phnom Penh. The bus was clean and the driver very experienced. Always on time. The bus was equipped with Wi-Fi. We had a local guide that helped us. He also conducted the sightseeing trip. The organisation and the dedication of the staff has to be praised. They made sure that all was okay before the said good night. If you plan to play golf with your friends in Cambodia PSD is the company to contact. Don't look any further. You got the best.

Out of business

I tried to book with them this week (19th of December). Website did not work, nor did some of the phone numbers. When I finally did manage to reach someone, the lady told me that the company had ceased to operate the previous day.

pretty good bus service
Nov. 2017 • Friends
We took a bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap on a sunday.
Seems like the big buses only run on weekdays.
The smaller bus with approx 20 seats was comfortable and decent.
We made in total 2 stops to have a small lunchbreak or snacks.

Hotelpickup was offered since we stayed close to the royal palace. The bus station is north of Wat Phnom.
Also the staff in Siem Reap was very kind and asked whether we had a transfer to our hotel arranged and offered to do it.

All in all a pleasant experience and enjoyable trip.

No pickup, moved us to minibus on another company
Nov. 2017 • Couples
PSD Xpress did not pick us up at our accommodation. We waited for over an hour and they never showed up. We had to pay for a tuk tuk to get there only to find out we were booked on a minibus with another company. Extremely disappointing. Would have booked a flight if we knew we were going to be squished into a minibus.

Best mode of transport in Cambodia
Nov. 2017 • Couples
Took two Psd Xpress coaches whilst in Cambodia, one from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and then another from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville.
Both buses had a good amount of leg room, comfy reclining chairs, air conditioning and gave us water and a snack on departure.
The WiFi worked for our first coach but not the second which is a shame.
The drivers were good and there were decent stops along the way.
There best thing was that the buses were never full so it was a peaceful journey and you could go and spread out on empty chairs if you wanted.
The guides were friendly and spoke good English.
Overall the best bus company in Cambodia, very happy with their service.

Don’t take this company! Worst ever!
Nov. 2017 • Couples
We choose this company for the good reviews that they had but we were so disappointed. We had a ticket from Phnom Phen to Sihanoukville booked in advance online. They come to pick us up at the hotel and until that everything was ok but after that problems started. They brought us to giant ibis terminal and they left us there, they moved us on another bus that was leaving one hour later from giant ibis company. We should arrive in Sihanoukville at 1pm we arrived at 3:30pm. We missed the boat that we booked. We paid for a service that we didn’t receive and we spent more money and we had one entire day travelling. No explanation from the driver. No explanation from nobody. Terrible terrible terrible.

Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh
Nov. 2017 • Family
Bus had no Wifi
Power points did not work
Driver texting while driving
They filled up petrol after picking everyone up
Longer then it stated meant to arrive in Phnom Penh at 8.30 arrived at nearly 10
Would rather have paid the extra $15 for a private taxi

Pluses- free shuttle pick up from hotel
Left a bag on the bus and they saved it and was able to pick it up from the terminal the next day

Travel in comfort
Nov. 2017 • Friends
Used this company for 3 journeys whilst in Cambodia. It was all very well organised, a comfortable ride. My first journey had excellent Wi-Fi available, however there was non available on the other journeys on one we were told to log onto a different one than advertised which worked til we stopped.
There is a notice saying it might not be available in remote areas, but it was a fault with the on board connection.
We are all given some water, crackers and wet towel as we set off.
