Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Abdulla Shaig Azerbaijan State Puppet Theatre is a truly enchanting place. It is a landmark of Baku as the bus station and the underpass next to it are named after it. I was very impressed by the history of this building. Initially it used to be a cinema called 'Phenomenon' which was later turned into a theater called 'Satyragite'. In 1931 Molla Aga Babrili established a puppet theater here called 'Circus'. The building was redesigned in 1910 by a Polish architect called Józef Płoszko. The shows are primarily presented for children. They are mostly based on folk or fairy tales like Aladdin. The language is generally Azerbaijani but some are also presented in Russian, Turkish, Farsi or Arabic but as the shows are aimed at children the adults can easily understand them. The puppeteers have exceptional abilities and work on extremely intricate backstage system designed to move the puppets. Do not miss viewing the entrancing performance which is a treat for the eyes.

A beautiful building at the edge of Dənizkənarı Milli Park. It's the Azerbaijan State Puppet Theater. It appear to be closed. But advertising signage was present.

Recommends:
Sound systems equipment's should be improved. There should be souvenir shop for tourists.
