It’s one of my favorite places in baku. Beautiful nature with amazing landscape design and then the best view of the city!

Upland Park (or Dagustu Park) is adjacent to the top exit of the funicular, next to the mosque, Martyrs' Alley, and the Flame Towers. The view of Baku from above is great from this vantage point.

New Park which over looks city.near Flame Towers so have a view of them as well as much of the city. Park includes monument to soldiers of war with Armenia. Be prepared for steps up and down to reach the park.

Pretty much an extension to dagustu park and martyr's lane. You can knock out all these spots along with flame towers as they are all within a single area

You have to climb a bit, but the view is worthwhile. Do not forget to visit the eternal flame! It is there too.

The Park was just across our hotel Fairmont Flame towers and it is an unforgettable place in Baku. You can admire the city , the Memorial Blue mosque and Baku Bay.

I went both in day and night. Amazing sights of the city surroundings and the Caspian sea. You can't miss this, it is a must. You can take the funicular train to go up and down or a cab.
