Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really a delightful little museum we stumbled upon by accident after a professional meeting with the Armenian Academy of Sciences. There are three large rooms housing thousands of rock and mineral samples and other goodies like a preserved elephant skeleton. The staff was extremely welcoming, although we had only about 15 minutes to spare. I promise I will return to the museum some day this winter to give it the time it deserves -- probably at least 1 hour to see everything, especially if you really like geology. Posted hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 930am-5pm. They offer tours from 11am to 4pm.

July 2017 • Friends
We spent a bit of time at the Geological Museum of Armenia in Yerevan a few weeks ago when in the capital city. We did a tour with a friend from the area who is into Geology and frequents the place often, it was great to have him along to go over all the rocks and minerals some which are local and others from different parts of the world. It was a great museum, of course good to see our friend again too.
