Not necessary to visit, especially if you are from Europe. The cathedral is far from what you can find in France. However this is a good place reminding about history, quiet and pretty nice. Does not take a lot of time to spend and not far from city center so if you have extra hour and you don't expect so... More

Calm (considering the number of Chinese tourists in the church!) atmosphere. The spiral walk up to the plank to the church is very serene with the plagues of the departed littered all over the sides of the walkway. The inside is definitely closely resemble European inspired architecture. Great intermediate stop on your way to the Pagoda.

Well preserved church that capture a piece of Nha Trang's history of engagement with the West. A nice view in on a devout Catholic segment of Vietnamese society. Interesting, though not particularly unique, stained glass. We stopped by on our walk to the train station to ride the rails north. Worth the stop.

Cost $1 to enter this cathedral but worth it still. Statues of the 12 apostles along the hike up to the church. Very nice structure but wish that the many tourists will respect the church setting where people were trying to spend some time in prayers there. Being up on the hill gave this site a good vantage point of... More

I Wouldn't say it's a must visit for everyone. But if you are someone who appreciates architecture and local culture I would recommend a visit. Absolutely incredible craftsmanship and architecture of the cathedral which I presume was obviously built or influenced by the French. Great for a photo opportunity as it is positioned on a hill within villages.

This church has western catholic church architecture, located in the center of city. Attracts many tourist, local people, photographers. On the top of the church, you can see the beautiful view of the city. One interesting thing is you can see some young couple taking wedding photos. The place is worth to visit when you come to Nha trang.

The best church to visit in Nha Trang. Very nice views for taking photos. Some things I dont like much such as not much shadow and it is not always allowed to visit inside.

I would just like to share a bit about my experience here with a tour group. The security guard that day was particularly cranky and drunk, and did not allow us entry despite us having paid for the tickets. He kept shouting and it made a lot of other tourists feel uncomfortable. Despite this, I agree with all the other... More

Located in the city center, quite close to the train station, this stone church is very famous in Nha Trang. I was impressed with it's beautiful architecture. I loved strolling round the church to enjoy the view and the sea breeze.
