Found this place on a leaflet in the reception of our hotel and decided on an afternoon at the spa during our time in Nha Trang. We found it slightly cheaper on klook however there was offers on if you booked directly with the spa. We chose a private herbal mid spa and it was about £12.50pp. we took a taxi from our hotel and was dropped directly outside, we showed our voucher to reception and were swiftly shown inside to the private mud spas. Essentially it’s a bath tub full of warm mud. We went into the bath together and the signs say to stay in there for about 20 minutes. It was really good fun. The mud makes your float and it’s altitude quite an odd sensation. You the dry the mud in the sun and then wash it off. It your brave enough there’s a hydrotherapy wall- very strong! You then move to a jacuzzi for a five minutes before heading to the herbal bath. Again we were in it together. From there there are the swimming pools and waterfalls to use and enjoy. There’s are sunbeds all around the pools and waterfalls but when we made it to this point about midday most of them were gone. There are however loads of deck chairs which were free. From here you can spend the afternoon at the spa. It’s really pretty, really clean and a relaxing afternoon.
Our package included a towel and a swimsuit however the mud does seem to come off quite easily and didn’t damage any of my partners swimwear.
There is a restaurant and food and drink available delivered to your lounger and all very reasonably priced.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day here and we did spent 5hours + here. It was relatively quiet whilst we were there but I can imagine it not being as relaxing when it’s busy but all the same good value for your money and a good way to spend an afternoon in Nha Trang.

A very pleasant experience spent over 4hrs. We went for the Nui Spa package which included 20 mins in the mud bath, 35 mins in a hot minerals plunge bath, fruits, tea, lockers, 55 mins of massages (body or foot), and unlimited time for the pools. Well worth the little trip to this spot.

The 16 of us chose the private package which include shorts for men, tank tops plus shorts for ladies, a towel, a locker. Each mud tub easily sits 8 adults. Great fun, good experience, 2 thumbs up.

We opted for the private package which included private mud bath, mineral spa, Jacuzzi and hydrotherapy jets. Beautiful surroundings and perfect service made for a wonderful day. Totally recommend this activity.

Four of us visited on a Saturday at lunch time. (quiet, not packed). Opted for private outdoor room. Mud bath, hot mineral water bath, pools, 50 minute massage, towel provided, bath robe, locker, showers, staff, all excellent.
We took at taxi from Nha Trang, cost 80,000 VD. You can easily get a taxi out the front for return journey. Treatment per person cost approx £30.
I would recommend!

Nice insanely expensive and you get a lot for your money. As a backpacker we're looking after the pennies but treated ourselves to this. With the package we went for (hot mineral mud and mineral water) we got a shower, mud bath, mineral shower, hydrotherapy, jacuzzi and then mineral bath. All really lovely and relaxing. Great temperatures too! Very quiet but I'm guessing that's as a result of Coronavirus, I can imagine its busier normally. Then there's a cool pool, warm pool (which is bliss) and teo warm waterfalls which gives you a nice massage. We spent about 4 or 5 hours here in total, great for a tenner!!

An interesting place - the mud in consistency and color is similar to coffee with milk 😃for the people, namely the Chinese, the sea, they are brought here by buses. I was lucky, I arrived between buses - somewhere around 15 o'clock.
They give you a swimsuit, water and a key with a real lock for things.
And 2 keys per hand - according to the programs you take (I took a bath plus with herbs)
I highly recommend taking the program with herbs - I really liked it, the herbs smell wonderful, I didn’t even want to wash off this wonderful aroma.
Toilet and changing rooms - overcome disgust 😀

Was here in 2016 with a friend and had a great day. Took my husband there today and have to say how dissapointed we were. While value for money i guess and mud baths were nice, the staff and reception all did appear to not want to be at work. Unfriendly to say the least. Perhaps covid closure was hard but it certainly needs renovation, cleaning up and some helpful happy staff would help.

Thap Ba Mud Bath is set in the most idyllic setting…. Forest , garden all natural contours.The mud bath is so amazing… not at all sticky and seems somehow therapeutic.Also well laundered costumes and towels provided along with locker facilities…
The pools all different temperatures, jet spray tunnels and jacuzzi was the perfect start to my morning.
Also the property was clean and charming.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff could have been more attentive and trained .
However a must do experience in Nha Trang…..

My wife and I visited just after Covid and, truth be told, we were expecting the place to be a little rundown. Whilst it was very quiet, we were very wrong about the facilities and were extremely well looked after.
The private "cluster" is so well designed that you can both enjoy the surroundings whilst maintaining a degree of privacy. The mud bath and herbal bath were both incredibly relaxing. We didn't make much use of the jacuzzi and hydrotherapy as the weather began to turn but we'll definitely be recommending this place

Hi, are the mud baths safe for pregnant women? We’ve read if they are warm that it could harm the baby. Thanks.

Mud bath is good for pregnant, the mud's temperature is 37 so it does not affect the baby, the temperature of hot mineral water is 39-40 so pregnant woman can soak their feet, then she can use swimming pool, heat of swimming pool is 37, too. Pregnant woman should be careful, move slowly to other areas.

Get a taxi to the spa. It does not cost much. Get the brand name like Vina Taxi, 27272727, Mai Linh etc. they will have meter to measure the distance. 20-25 minutes drive from the port to spa. Max is 5 USD.
There are many prices once you get to the spa. All day or just for the mud bath.
It is a little sticky after you got the mud bath, so it’s better to get massage before the bath.
The swimming pool also a warm water pool. Moving around in a warm pool is rather exhausting, unlike cold water.
Have fun in Nha Trang.

Be extra careful with your phone. Phones arrived in those places will have wings. It can fly away or invisible to your eyes, and they will be long gone.
Take care of your phones or buy a plastic protector and hang around your neck. It’s a safest way. Safer than put in the safe.
