Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Shopping center is 10 mins walk from the International Airport, we had some time before our next flight and was good to visit and walk around some very nice shops, also have a food court there which is handy.
Can store your luggage at a locker room at international.

We needed to transfer our flight and had to wait several hours. This plaza is very near to the airport so that we may have a short stay and some instant food. The staff were very nice. Many can speak English. The food is with good price vs the taste.

Excellent shopping centre close to the Airport and adjacent to the Ibis Saigon Airport hotel. Many upmarket clothes and fragrance department. Helpful staff. Useful small grocery / supermarket on the top floor, just close to the food court.

Please be warned when shopping at Parkson Plaza that the shop assistant doesn't ask for money at the counter she is serving at. There are central Cashiers where you pay for your goods on every floor. I have been asked twice to pay for goods at the counter, once in lingerie and another in a clothing section on the second floor. The sales assistant I'm sure would just 'pocket' the money themselves. Always insist you pay at the Cashier. It's not only at the markets you have to be careful!

We had five hours to kill between flights so walked the 5-6 minutes to get to Parkson CT Plaza.
All in all, not a bad shopping centre, but dont expect cheap quality items and negotiating with sellers - rather, a more conservative complex offering all sorts of products (even a food court on the 5th floor).
There is a locker at the airport on the ground floor at the airport if you need it.

Since we stayed in this hotel, it was very easy to get to the shopping centre. Great food court on the top floor to have good food after a long flight.

It’s a nice mall in HCM city centre with a food court at the basement. The food is not bad and it’s very clean. But the overall mall needs some updating as it’s losing all its crowd to the newer mall just across the street.

I had 4.5 hours till my next connecting flight and this was a good indoor place out of the heat.
Very small mall, more like a department store like metro & isetan.
Sells makeup (clinique, estee lauder etc.), sports goods (nike, arena etc), lingerie, clothes etc.
Has a food court at the top level. We ordered food at Lotteria, very good korean chicken, paid 140,000vnd for 8pcs. We had a mix of original, soy, spicy & cheese.

Walked out of the airport through the car park and wnet into this smallish mall. Typical "department" store. Went to the Thai restaurant on the 5th floor and had some very good food there. Induction hob in the middle of the table and you make up your own soups etc. and cook them yourself. So glad this place was here otherwise it would have been a pretty boring wait in the departure lounge.

Good fast food and Wantan mee there. I buy my drinks at the supermarket, it is cheaper. Met some pilots from Vietnam Budget airline Vietair sitting at the corner of a fast food restaurant chatting with their colleagues. They are Europeans from Eastern Europe and I had a chat with them. Their airline office incidentally is at the top floor.

Is there VAT refunds for tourists for Parkson Plaza shopping?
Written 5 December 2018
Hello,
of course, when you are a tourist and purchase a certain amount, then you can do VAT refunds.
Enjoy shopping! Next to the Parkson are also high end boutiques too, like Chanel, Hermes and more.

People have noted that it is an easy walk from the airport, but I am wondering about crossing the roads, are there crossings? is it safe for overseas visitors who are unused to crossing Vietnamese streets? thanks
Written 29 January 2017
Ha ha - I just tried it 15 min ago and it is chaos - I stood there till some locals started crossing and I followed them. If you try it (it's crazy but not too bad) I think try heading left as you leave the airport as there are probably more footpaths - I cut straight ahead through the carpark which probably wasn't the smartest

Sorry it may sound ignorant but are there any ATMs machine for one to withdraw cash in the mall? VISA PLUS
Written 20 June 2016
I haven't used a machine there but if there wasn't one I would be surprised.
