Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Let me end my membership! No, not until you let me end my membership. I want to end my membership and you will not let me. What do I have to do - sue you.

If you haven’t been you need to see. A interesting mix of two towns in southern Vietnam on the Mekong River that showcase real life and how to enjoy it. Would revisit again when next in Vietnam

Fiesta visit to the market, which opens at 3 am! We learnt so many useful things with our most helpful guide Sang. The cooking experience in itself was fabulous with a most entertaining and knowledgeable chef. We then ate what we had made. I would more than recommend this experience. Thank you

We were met by an English speaking guide and taken on a tour of the food markets (an experience in itself!) and then we were taken by boat to the cookery school, which was a lovely way to travel. The cookery class was great fun and everyone, including those who never cook at home, achieved some very impressive results. Who would have thought we could all make our own spring roll wrappers! We enjoyed the food we made - and a couple of extra dishes cooked by the chefs rather than us - in the restaurant beside the river. A lovely way to end a lovely experience. I really recommend it.

a typical itinerary, the first stop is a tasting of local fruits like jackfruit, pomelo, guava or perhaps some tea, local honey or banana liquor. Next up (and it’s all very hurried) is a quick ride in a sampan—a row boat piloted by ladies in conical hats— and, hats off to them, they navigate with ease down narrow waterways congested with other tourist boats. The women paddle quickly however, all too eager to dispose of you in order to queue for the next fare.

I was in Vietnam with my friends and wanted to see something different. My friend who lives there booked us a private tour to the Mekong Delta. I enjoying going to these places because it make me humble. To see what the locals have to do everyday to make a living to feed their family. I think it is worth visiting. Don't have high expectation and you might like it.

A great break from the city life in Saigon. I went on this trip on a beautiful day which made the scenery very spectacular. The Mekong river is full of boats and ships cruising up and down the river in what seems like a chaos; And you will be in the middle of everything snapping some pretty cool photos to bring back home. Most stops along the way are somewhat tourists traps since local vendors are asking you to by the standard tourist junk like sandals, asian hats and Buddha statues. Disregarding that fact you get a very nice day outside the city. I was lucky to have an excellent guide as well who was very happy to tell my group about the places we passed and different things we saw. Don't forget to apply mosquito repelling cream since you will be walking on trails on the Mekong delta islands having lunch outdoors and among others visiting a coconut candy factory.

We did a one day tour from Ho Chi Minh to the Mekong delta. The 2 hour bus trip each way was horrendous with heavy traffic, but thats not the tour companies fault. This was an o.k trip but the small canoe type boat ride thought the canals was the highlight of the day.

Boat trip wearing the Vietnamese hat was fun.The fruit orchards & village tour around maybe of interest for 1st time Asia visitors. Not place for delicate luxury travellers.
