This is the 'east lake', separated from the West Lake by road. Located to the north end of Hà Nội. Three is a nice place to sit at its southernmost point and a photogenic Hanoi lettering sculpture. Otherwise it's a bit grubby and dilapidated.

This lake is quite pretty to walk around. Good Vietnamese food and coffee all around the lake. Definitely the quietest lake in terms of cars and motorbikes but you can normally always here construction going on somewhere. The price of progress I guess.

We walked here from our hotel in "to tich" street the old quarter, very doable. Went round the lake. Turn right around the top of the lake and every thing becomes very quiet and residential with a few cafes and just locals. We stopped for...More

Our friend recommended that we visit this Highlands branch. We were surprised to see that this is really a boat docked near the lake. The view is AWESOME! Service is good. Coffee and dessert is great! The address is #9 Than Nhien Street.
