Quite a nice place if you have not been to any Asian palace. However it’s a bit run down and if you are interested in Vietnamese history it can be boring. Good scenery at the top of the citadel though.

This was a lot bigger than I thought initially, with lots of buildings and areas to look in and around. Very nice and scenic as well as being informative about the history of Hanoi!
