We have recently returned from what can be described as an amazing holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. Phoebe and Nga from Asiatica travels dealt with our trip and we had an excellent experience.
Apart from a couple of issues which were dealt with immediately (not an issue due to Asiatica travels) - the trip was almost perfect, We visited Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Hue, Ho Chi Minh city, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap over 16 days.
The staff are very friendly and professional, will respond to all the questions and make an effort to personalise the trip to suit your expectations and need. Being a small group tour with your own driver and guide, you can pace yourself and spend plenty of time in all the locations. The itinerary was discussed with us in detail and our needs were considered. We even got an upgrade on our Halong Bay cruise and it was a very nice experience.
Special thanks to Phoebe and Nga who were always available to answer all our questions and deal with any issues.
I would definitely recommend Asiatica Travel to anyone who is looking for personalised, efficient and professional care.

We traveled the end of December beginning of January, for 12 days on a trip planned and coordinated by Phoebe and Nga from Asiatica Travel. We have looked into some options of travel companies and chose Asiatica as we felt they were very open to taking us off the bitten path and catering to our family interests.
We received A-Z amazing attentive service. Everything worked as planned and any questions or requirements throughout the trip were addressed fully. Phoebe and Nga tailored the trip exactly for our needs and wishes and came up with excellent suggestions. The guide provided was extremely knowledgeable and a great companion and the driver was kind and professional. The hotel choices were good with excellent location and great service and facilities and the activities we chose with Asiatica guidance were perfect for us. All in all, I would strongly recommend working with Phoebe and Nga and sharing with them your dream trip - they will make it happen and exceed expectations.

We really enjoyed our 8days Hanoi/Ninh Binh/Halong Bay/Sapa trip thanks to Ms Bui Hong Nhung. She is responsive to all my queries and helpful on my tailored itinerary schedule. She checked on me after every tour and make sure the driver and personal tour guide are there. Tour guide Mr Hoang at Hanoi and Mr Ha at Sapa are both excellent and professional.
The hotels booked are conveniently located with shops and eateries nearby. Cruise staff are friendly and accommodating. Room with small balcony onboard the cruise is nice with seaview and food catered is delicious. For overnight train tickets, a staff met us at the holding gate, checked my train voucher given by Ms Bui on my phone and gave me the train tickets. He also escorted us to our train cabin. The weather is cold at Sapa so bring warm clothing. Posted hundreds of beautiful photos on my social media and many friends are keen to visit. Will definitely recommend Asiatica Travel to all my friends.

Before choosing Asiatica we explored a few other options.
We quickly realized the difference. Phoebe from Asiatica (and later Nga during the trip) were responsive, prompt, thorough, flexible and knowledgeable.
Phoebe and Nga were in contact with us throughout the trip, and made sure to see us in person when we arrived. The guides and the the drivers couldn’t have been better and nicer. We felt very comfortable with them in and outside the van.
We feel that we could see so much of the beautiful country, it’s cultures, history, and the wonderful places, with personal experiences.
We honestly and wholeheartedly recommend choosing them. Phoebe and Nga literally responded within minutes or hours, and you can actually talk to them. They spent many hours (if not days) to help us have a wonderful 17-day trip!!!
And by the way, they even made sure we celebrated our birthdays...

I came across Asiatica Travel in Google search while looking fpr a travel tour agency for a trip to Vietnam for my parents. Im glad that I chose Asiatica Travel. They had amazing reviews and booking the tour with them was the best decision. Audrey was very helpful and accommodating from the time I inquired up to making sure if my parents got back from the trip safely. My parents were well looled after the entire duration of the trip. They enjoyed all the places they went to as planned. Audrey and Asiatica Travel has also surprised my parents with a sweet gesture of organising a cake and dinner for my parents' anniversary. Audrey went above and beyond to meet my parents at their hotel. It was a time well spent because of the itinerary that Audrey has planned. None of these will happen if not because of Audrey. There are so many nice things to say about Audrey. She kept me informed all the time even to little changes, she revised the itinerary numerous times just to suit what my parents want and because they kept changing their minds. But Audrey took the effort and time to do the revisions and sent it to me straight away and kept me well informed. Audrey is very friendly, nice and polite. She made the whole process smooth and she made it an easy transaction/process for us. My parents were overjoyed with wtheir experience in Vietnam. When we visit Vietnam as a family we will definitely book our tour with Asiatica Travel because of Audrey. The service was exceptional and 5 star. A true definition of customer service. Thank you Asiatica Travel and thank you so much Audrey for the wonderful experience for my parents.

Asiatica planned our 19day custom build family hoilday, the pricing was better than any standard package on the market and was designed around dates that fitted into other holiday plans.
Our family of 6 received private transfers, 4+ star accomidation and a bilingual guide for all tours.
Accomidation was prebooked so that a family room or two triple were avalible on arrival with no need to adjust room configuration. This was one of the best family hoilday I have been on.
Our local guides were extreamly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth holiday and adjust times and dates to suite the weather and family needs.
Thankyou to everone from Asiatia for a great family holiday.
The planning of the holiday was well thought out with sufficiant time at each stop and considered all our needs.

This was an AMAZING trip booked with Asiatica (Tran Nhu Ai -Annie- travel consultant)! My friend created this custom trip for three couples with the help from Annie at Asiatica. Every detail was perfect and exactly as described and as we had requested. Two of the couples (four in our party) had a slightly different itinerary. My husband and I traveled to Cambodia/ Angkor Wat for 36 hours. Annie was able to customize the individual requests. The price for the ten days in Vietnam included flights from Saigon to Siem Reap, Cambodia and return to Hanoi. We had 4/5 star hotels, a beautiful cruise ship overnight on Halong Bay, an overnight train to Sapa, and a private van / driver and tour guides in Saigon and North Vietnam. I still can’t believe how much travel we packed into our ten day tour, but it was only possible with the seamless and perfect organization by Annie. Even more unbelievable was the very reasonable cost of this custom and private small group tour. Other travel agencies charge 2-3 times what we paid. Annie was accessible to have a video conference to finalize details of our trip several weeks before our arrival. Her emails were prompt and clear. She is fluent in English. I am telling all of my friends in the USA to book with Annie because she made this fabulous experience possible.

My from Asiatica organized our trip for us and it was flawless.
We heard lots of good recommendations of Asiatica agency from our friends and it really was a great choice.
She was really professional and communicative!
We had a really short time before our flight to organize everything and My was so kind and attentive, and of course she took care of the visa for us super quick.
During our trip everything went as planned, and still she was available for us and answered any question we had.
Our guides and drivers were really good throughout the whole trip! We only changed once when we flew to Hoi An- everywhere else we had the same guide and driver which was also a bonus for us.
The price was also half of what another local agent asked for the same itinerary.
Overall my mother and I were so so happy with the trip :)

We came to Vietnam as family for 17 days trip planned by Vivian from asiatica.
We decided to go to this trip only 30 days before the trip and Vivian was amazing.
She is the best travel agent I have ever met
She helped us to build itinerary for the trip with a lot of thinking about our desires and understanding the family needs.
Everything she suggested and recommended was so accurate and the communication with Vivian was so quick and she was so responding almost 24/7 and all the time with a smile.
The trip itself was a dream come true
The hotels picked by Vivian were amazing
And when we wanted to make change in the middle of the trip Vivian arrange everything so quickly.
We went to 17 days trip started in Hanoi then across Vietnam south and north center.
All the attractions were superb and both our guides make the trip even more amazing
Our first guide hoang was charmer and empathy and with a lot of knowledge and amazing service.
And of course Tommy our second guide was amazing too he made our time smooth and funny and was very kind and amazing guide
Realy both of them are amazing
What left to say is thanks a lot all of you Vivian and hoang and Tommy and the nice drivers

This is our first time visits Vietnam, we are glad to engage Ms. Sofia of Asiatica travel agency to help us schedule 6 days 5 nights at centre Vietnam itinerary. All of our tourmate (16paxs) enjoy this wonderful trip including accommodation, full board meal & itinerary. Besides that we are very grateful to have a good driver who's alway maintain the vehicle clean, loading & unloading our luggage in every hotel stay. We also very grateful our chinese speaking tour guide Ms. Na who's very attentive on every tourmate inquiry, make us feel like a family. Bonjour,
je vais me rendre 3 semaines au Vietnam et Cambodge. Pour le Cambodge je me rends chez des amis, mais pour découvrir "un peu" le Vietnam, je pense faire 1 semaine au nord ... nous serons en Février, que me conseillez vous ? Puis une semaine au sud, effectuant mon passage au Cambodge entre les deux pour éviter le visa.
L'agence Asiatica semble très bien?
Je suis en train de faire mon planning, merci de vos conseils !

Bonjour , je pense que 3 semaines sont un peu justes pour bien découvrir ces deux pays , temps de transport assez longs .Pour le nord du Vietnam je peux vous conseiller, Hà Giang ( Thai) , Cao bang près de la frontière chinoise ( cascade de Ban Gioc et grotte Nguom Ngao , non loin l’un de l’autre) , moins touristique que Sapa .
Pour la baie d’halong , je vous conseille d’aller sur l’île de Cat Ba où vous pouvez organiser vos sorties sur la baie ( canoë , journée croisière avec baignade, l’île aux singes , le village de Viet haï ou après une montée de 2 kms assez rude vous pourrez admirer une vue splendide de la baie, accès à viet haï se fait en bateau car peu accessible par voie terrestre) , 2 journées à Hanoï , ancienne citadelle, maison centrale, musée de la littérature , théâtre de marionnettes sur l’eau , temple sur le lac et magasinage .
Vous pouvez également aller à Ninh Binh, baie d’halong terrestre ( Tam coc , Mua cave et ses 500 marches pour une vue magnifique) et bien d’autres choses à découvrir. Nous n’avons fait que le nord et nous organiserons un voyage dans le centre et le sud avec un passage au Laos dans 2 ou 3 ans

1800 euro senza voli e con pochi pasti ( per scelta nostra) ma con autista e guida parlante italiano solo per noi e compresi due voli aerei interni, il treno notturno per Sapa e la barca per risalire un ramo del Mekong e passare dal Vietnam alla Cambogia. In totale 18 giorni di viaggio ( Hanoi, Baia di Halong, Sapa e villaggi con trekking, Hoi An, Hue, Danang, Saigon, il delta del Mekong, Ben Tre, Can Tho, Chau Doc, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Angkor, lago Tonle Sap). Hotel ottimi, puntualità da parte delle guide e degli autisti. Organizzazione impeccabile e costante controllo da parte dell'agenzia durante gli spostamenti. Bellissimo viaggio......
