I liked the historical, antique sculptures and also statues probably the best. Paintings have been good too, however. This's well worth spending 1 2 a long time wandering around. wow, it's a need to do in Hanoi, one of the best Must do in Hanoi

I was a bit disappointed by this museum. The collection was interesting but quite limited. There was a contemporary artist exhibiting on the ground floor which was really interesting.
