This place is pricey for the area (a little over $50 for a 75 minute Thai-style massage), but I see why! Their masseuses are top notch. I left feeling completely restored after 17 hours of travel. The spa is hands down the fanciest spa I have ever been to. I felt super pampered and it was a great treat. The... More

I had a pedicure here - prices obviously cheap compared to western countries (about USD 10) but not that cheap if compared locally. Ambience is modern and clean however, the service was offered sitting on a lounge chaise (not lounging, just sitting on a corner of it), instruments looked like they were personal to the attendant but not sterilized. She... More

Had a 30 minute foot massage and it was really nice but very expensive in comparison to other spas. It is very clean and nice inside however there are other places just as nice that are not as expensive. I think the 30 minute foot massage was equivalent to approximately $30 AUD.

Expensive for Vietnam (around 50$ for full bogy massage) but worh it. The best head massage i ever had. There is also a steam room and a jacuzzi, but the best thing is the massage of course.

The ambience it was really nice and very clean , I had a very pleasant and relaxing massage with a very polite therapist but compare to on other that I have had visit is extremely expensive and not all value for money... In addition of this over prices they calculate a 10% for tax plus 5% for service.

Excellent overall experience. Our hotel recommended this Hanoi Old Quarter spa for me and my fiance. They were extremely accommodating of our reschedulings: First, our tour was running late, so we pushed back our appointment time; then upon arrival, we found out that they were running specials during certain time of the day. They allowed us to push back our... More

I was in Hanoi with friends and in the course of one week I visited this place three times so I guess that is a recommendation in itself. My criteria for selecting a spa in Asia: . first and foremost it must be CLEAN and hygienic . staff that speak enough English to explain your needs . good quality service.... More

I made a reservation online and got their confirmation a week before my trip. But when I reached the shop, they told me the staff responsible for my massage was out for training. They urged me to choose another package or come another day as that girl is the only one who can do Thai message. They totally ruin my... More

I visited this spa twice and had a hot stone massage with oil both times. The massage- therapists was amazing, very good and very professionel. But the welcome staff, was not the best. They can not explain the difference between the services, they look mad when you dont book the " big massage (2-4 hours) I " only" booked the... More
