How beautiful Chuong village is! My friends took these pics and I already asked them to post here. Ok! Let’s talk about Chuong village. Chuong village is a traditional handy craft village and it has a national and international reputation for its product - Nón Lá (conical hat). Both men and women can wear conical hats in a rainy day or even a hot day but people (foreigners and Vietnamese as well) are used to know it as a traditional symbol of Vietnamese women. Talking about how much time we can make a Nón Lá, it depends on what kind of hats we make. But I normally make a good quality hat in at least a day, from early morning to evening. And then we sell them in the local market. The local market doesn’t open every day, just in a few days per month. If you wanna go to the market, you should get up early and then go there at around 6-7 am. Believe me, if you come later, you cannot see what really happens in the market :D I was born and grew up here and I have taught how to make a hat since I was 5, so I have already had 20-year-experience making a hat, not too much as older people but I absolutely can show you who are the best makers, how to make a quality hat and lots of other interesting things in my village. I post my review here not to earn money, I just wanna introduce my village to the world, meet new people (Vietnamese and foreigners), show them how beautiful countryside villages in Vietnam are, and improve my English (sorry it’s a bit personal). And I do it for free in the weekend because I have to work in the day during the week. But don’t worry, just contact me, if I’m free on the week days, I’d like to be your tour guide :) Hope you guys have a amazing trip to Chuong village!

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
