The cruise was in a very good shape and our guide Tam was also great. Booked it through a travel agent in Hanoi - Simon (his English name, Vietnamese name is diff) who gave it at very good rates. The guide was knowledgeable, helpful and had a good sense of humour. He took us through the cave, then hiking and titov island and later you could choose to either kayak or sit on bamboo boat. Also, I am a vegetarian and they had a special lunch plate for me with good variety. We had an amazing time.

I am very pleased with my experience with Hanoi Tour. I booked a one day tour to Hoa Lu, Tam Coc and Mua Cave and even though I missed my pickup, Mr. Nguyen Thang (or Mr. Simon) managed to arrange a transfer to the minibus so I didn't miss my trip.
Because of the wonderful experience I booked another one day trip to Halong Bay on the day of my flight back to London. Mr. Nguyen offered a transfer to the airport, right after my drop off from Halong Bay. The Old Quarter was inaccessible by car that evening when I returned from the Halong Bay tour and Mr. Nguyen came personally to help me with my luggage through the Old Quarter, from my hotel to the transfer car, right outside the Old Quarter. I am very grateful, thank you for that.
I really recommend Hanoi Tour to anyone visiting Hanoi, you will be very well looked after. Excellent service at a very good price.

Great tour. Booked in person next to Sunline Paon Hotel. Happy with the rate. Weather cleared up just in time for the trip. Guide was Tony and he did a great job keeping us together and on schedule.

Last year my sister came to Hanoi and used their service. They recommended this agent to us and we booked our Halong bay and Sapa trip with them. Every thing was great and they offered really good prices too. Excellent

During my time in Hanoi, i booked a tour to Halong through the Hanoi Tour and felt satisfied with my decision. The whole trip was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Guides are very professional and friendly, reasonable prices.

Simon was very helpful and courteous. Great service and the tour was as described. He even reached out after to find out how the tour went. Nice personal touch. Avoid shopping for the perfect agency, Simon is the best!

For any reason Vietnam is not an easy country to travel around, specially in touristic areas. Scams are everywhere. So you feel really gratefull when you meet people like Thang from Hanoi Tours. He did everything that a profesional has to do and more. He did my visa extension for the proper price without charging me any extras, he booked me some bus tickets and also he made me some favours that didnt have anything with the services he gives. And always with a great smile and manners and a lot of patience. I would definitely recomend him!

Really nice tour in Sapa village, cat cat and Lao chai. The sleeping bus from Hanoi to Sapa was a nice experience. When I get in Sapa I couldn't get the tour guide so I called the travel agent ( Mr. Simon) and he answered right away and fixed the problem. Always there to answer all my questions.
Will definitely go back to him of I need any travel in Vietnam.
