Pretty good massage with Julia on my first visit (4/5). Few weeks later I tried to book Julia again, but she was on a family leave. I expressed my regret, but the receptionist assured me that they will give me another very skilled and experienced masseuse. Unfortunately, this was very misleading, because the masseuse I got didn’t have enough experience or skills &intuition for finding the right spots. Instead of relaxing it was stressful, to the point that I just couldn’t wait for it to end (1/5). It was a waste of time&money.
To be fair, my boyfriend said that his massage was pretty good( it was with Mai).
I would say book it with Julia, otherwise don’t take your chances here or assume that they have equally good stuff.

Massage was good - had the 1 hour Thai massage, but experience just average. Treatment was interrupted a couple of times with the masseur taking phone calls, also another woman popped up a few times to talk to her too. Not much privacy, and the environment was basic. At the end the masseuse also told me to tip her. For the price relative to other spas the experience wasn’t great . I wouldn’t go back - I much prefer Mido spa - felt more professional and massages very good there too.

Space was clean and tidy. Staff at the front were warm and welcoming. Went with two other girlfriends and we all had to strip down in our underwear together (if you weren’t friends that may be a little awkward). The coconut package was beautiful and the massage was perfect apart from the masseuse’s talking through out / laughing not sure if at us or in general. Makes you a little self conscious when your lying there in your undies with your pals. Coconut drink and snacks were great after wards.

I am a frequent visitor in Hanoi, and my first stop spa is Pure Bliss professional spa. Ms Anna at the reception desk is always very friendly, smiling and helpful.
There is a variety of massages you can choose from the catalogue, while waiting for your massage a cup of refreshing tea is offered and then the wonderful massage experience awaits you with professional ladies who do an excellent relaxing massage.
I will always recommend Pure Bliss to colleagues and friends.

My girlfriend took a package and I did a vietnamese + foot massage. It was perfect and smooth where I asked.Very warm welcome and very nice place.
If we have time we will surely come back after the trekk we plan for the next days. 😉 Also the place has Wi-Fi . 😇

We were introduced by our guide. Choose the body massage with hot stones for my wife and the combination for me. Linh and Thao are skilled employees. The staff here are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Well worth choosing.

A disaster... A regrettable lack of hygiene compared to other spas nearby (towels not changed between clients, no foot washing before the overall massage, etc.).
I was placed in a sort of common room for my facial treatment (without a curtain to separate me from other people I didn't know, with a strong light in my eyes).
But the worst part is the first time I've been burned during waxing!
In short, a tourist trap that relies on touts to make its money... Avoid!
