Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We chanced upon this welcoming green space when walking around the block from the St. Joseph's Cathedral. It is a welcoming open space with greenery and fresh air, a good spot to sit down on a bench and have a break from walking the bustling streets of Hanoi.
The doors were open, and I had to Google to figure out that it is a library. There wasn't anyone inside though the lights were on, and couldn't find a bathroom either.

We stumbled across Hoan Kiem District Library on the way to St. Joseph’s Cathedral. We didn’t know what it was as there wasn’t any signages in English. We only found out what it was after making a search on the internet. And we think the place has been abandoned as it was closed.
The building had a very Western look. The exterior walls were yellow in colour while the window shutters & front door were painted green. There was a flight of steps going up to its main door. Infront of the library, one could see some outdoor stone seats.
It could have been a perfect place to relax if the garden was well maintained. Locals & foreigners could enjoy the scenery & some may even read a book outside the library, enjoying the fresh air.
