Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely enclave set back from the Main Street close to the cathedral. Great find as we were just walking back down the street and came across it . We visited New Year’s Day so quite busy but despite this very tranquil and the courtyards are interesting too.

Absolutely fascinating Buddhist temple. Try to time your visit with a service to hear the chanting and bells.

We walked about twenty minutes to come here, and it is a small, nice, functional temple with many female monks who seem to live here. It was a fairly typical seeming temple, and we spent about ten minutes to tour the interior, which is small and a haven from the city chaos ourside.

They follow Sangha rules. As I observed the Nuns and layperson follow the instruction of master. I join morning prayer.

I came across this lovely Buddhist Temple quite by accident. It has a history on that site going back over 1000 years and even Ho Chi Minh went there a few times. It played a role in the Revolution and its walls hold a million stories I feel.

For me, I was able to go back a few times and sit and reflect on things and find some time to meditate amongst it's beauty and tranquillity. It is my fondest memory of my time in Ha Noi.
