We booked our cruise through the HalongBay Hub and got a great deal. We actually booked a Glory Legend Cruise as I really like their itinerary but when we got to Halong Bay we were actually on a Pelican cruise!!? Itinerary was exactly the same and experience was fabulous. Staff were great, food was so good and so much off... More

A friend and I took the two night three day cruise of Halong Bay with Pelican Halong Cruises DBA Image Halong Cruise. The service was excellent - the team was professional and very accommodating. The chef was great at preparing vegetarian meals for me. I would recommend the two night stay to anyone who has an interest in kayaking Halong... More

Reading some reviews I have to question whether we were on the same ship. Ours was the Glory Legend 6600 and indeed it was a junk in the literal sense. We did the 3 day 2 night tour and frankly it was a day too long. Twice I ran out of hot water in the shower - luxury (not). The... More

Halong bag was beautiful; but this cruise was just average. I paid for the deluxe suite and it was the best part of the trip. The food was so-so and all buffet style. The most annoying part was the transfer bus from Hanoi stops for 30 minutes at these sculpture shops. They claim disabled locals make the art, but everything... More

We took the overnite cruise with Pelican cruise which is amongst the most reputable providers of such cruises with good reviews as well. There is a saying that one has not visited Hanoi / Vietnam if one has not visited Halong bay. The famed Halong Bay is designated as a World Unesco Heritage site and has one of the most... More

What a fabulous experience! We booked a 3 day 2 nihht cruise with a shuttle from our hanoi hotel. We did stop at a market designed to sell you things at an inflated price but I think this would happen with any company. Apart from that the staff the boat the food and the activities all exeded our expectations. Son... More

All crew members on deck displayed utmost professionalism and attentive customer service, especially Chau - she was always making sure we were ok and having a great time! All staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Food, activities provided were great. We had the 2 best rooms on board and absolutely loved our private balconies with Sun... More

First, we were rescheduled from Friday the 13th January to the next day due to "bad weather". We emailed multiple times with no answer so we had to spend money to call in and were told that it was rescheduled due to "engine trouble". We were asked not to contact Agoda because they would get a fine and that we... More

We were lucky enough to get one of the two front cabins on QN6800. We booked through Exo Travel. The food was excellent and plenty to choose from. The kayak trip was great and the caves were worth the long queue. Very impressive. I was recommended to try itinerary number 4 next time.
