I've been to Tukcom dozens of times to not only make purchases but to have items fixed. As is the case with any large store with literally hundreds of shops, there has been the occasional issue, but that hasn't stopped me returning.
Most people seem to gravitate to the first floor only but there are plenty of other shops in the floors above that offer a range of electronic goods. I use these places not only to buy items, but also to get pieces services and fixed when needed. Again, very good service and very reasonable prices.
In saying all of that, as is the case with anything that looks to good to be true, it probably is. There are lots of copies on offer, especially phones, so if you see a phone that looks super cheap, it's most likely a copy or a second hand item. In my experience though, if you ask whether an item is second hand, the sales people will tell you truthfully.
Overall, if you throw in Top supermarket on the lower floor, the various coffee shops plus all the electronics, it's easy to spend an hour or two and walk away with some very useful items.

This is a great place to buy anything electronic.
They can repair anything for you, at multiple shops specializing in Laptops, iPhones or Android. They also have a TON of video camera accessories!!
There is Macdonald's and Starbucks both have outside seating.
I prefer the Dunkin Donuts inside the middle center bottom floor they have the best pastry and donut selection. The only negative was that I did not like some of the staff at the Tops market in the basement. They were rude. So I did ALL my grocery shopping at The Friendship supermarket about a block away.

My Thai daughter in law took my smashed screen iPhone here to get replaced. She brought it back one hour later with the screen repaired. It cost 1500 baht which is the equivalent of £30 - in England it was twice as expensive so a good deal. Obviously I cannot compare this price with other Thai places!

The mall is beautiful! Just don't buy anything from the Many Phone store on the second floor! If something's wrong, the goods won't be taken back! I didn't fit a wireless mouse for the tablet, it ended up with a USB headset. Bought it in the morning, wanted to return it or replace it in the evening, didn't even print out the batteries from the wrapper. They refused! They don't care about the customers! Go up to the fourth floor, there's a great JIB store, and you'll get expert advice, pick up the goods and, if anything is wrong, get a refund!

This center no longer has as many stands, several are closed following the drop in customers.
Like everywhere, but, still interesting, on the other hand, watch out for "hardware errors...
I bought a Samsung with 64 GB of memory, but received with only 32 GB!
I went back to the seller, who recognized and refunded the difference, because I had spent 5 hours installing my applications, configuring, etc.

Don't recommend buying a new cell phone here.
You will get it cheaper and with better support at BaNaNa. Additionally, you can get Vat Refund for Tourists at BaNaNa. BaNaNa has stores at Central Festival and Terminal 21.
Tukcom is good for cheap stuff like screen protectors.

Pattaya exactly the same as before the pandemic. It need more years to recover as many businesses shoot down. I never experience myself in Pattaya the second road to be totally dead from 9 p.m and many restaurants closed around @9night. , and for me I decided not to go to pattaya during summer as it's crowded with many tourists. I'll prefer to go to Hua hin or over remote islands.. Otherwise the kids enjoyed the holiday as in Pattaya you have many activities for them more than any place in Thailand.

A very well stocked place for all electronics products and gadgets. The saleswoman I've known for a while now is still pleasant, but that's usually the case.
In addition, she will do everything to best meet your expectations. I highly recommend this place.

As can be expected the shops within a mall change over time. Downstairs used to be one of the few shops in Pattaya selling DVDs. My Fiancee uses it as her local SCB bank branch. It has a decent sized Starbucks, I believe the only Dunkin Donuts stall in Pattaya a Boots Chemist, various ATMs and a TT curency exchange as well as handbags and jeans stall amongst others. With it being adjacent to Soi Bukhao it fits in perfectly when shopping when the Soi Bukhao market is on or perusing nearby food markets.

Upstairs of course are all the phones, gadgets and electrical stalls. Where various items are available for those on various budgets. Very cheap and inferior or good quality products are often lazily translated as "copy" when in fact they do the job just fine.

Tukcom is located on South Pattaya road. It is a 5-minute walk from Walking Street South Pattaya. It is easy to spot as there is a MacDonalds and a Starbucks at the front of the building.
There is a parkade down the left side of the building as you are facing Tukcom (the side with the MacDonalds). Go straight back past the end of Tuk com and take the second left and then a right. The parkade will be on your left. There is a car wash inside the parkade.
The basement is primarily a Tops grocery store and Amorn Electronic Group - who sell electronics and do some repairs.
The ground floor has some anchor stores, Boots and a Watsons Pharmacy, SE-ED bookstore, Studio 7 with Apple products, and a mini bank along with clothing stalls, donuts, S&P etc.
The first floor is all mobile phones and some tablets. Get everything mobile here.
The second floor has a Power Buy taking up the back 1/3 of the space along with two camera shops and smaller electronic shops for accessories.
The third floor has a Banana Computer store and a JIB computing center (useful for upgrading your hard drive and or buying a computer), along with Dell and Acer computer shops.
The fourth floor has a Mr. DIY which is a catch-all of stuff for the house, handyman, and kids. There are various other small electronic shops on this level as well.
The fifth floor is primarily IT city, though it is a sparsely populated IT city compared to others I have seen around Thailand.
The sixth floor is not in use.
