This is an impressive sight... Pictures don't do it justice. I guess there may be something equal to it somewhere else in the world, but I doubt it. It's been something like forty years in the building if it and still ongoing. Highly skilled craftsmen at work.

We started our pattaya trip with this place. You need to pay TBH 500 each person which seems expensive. You can take horse cart ride. Specially you can see wood work on temple . Its little time taking to visit this place.

Brilliant place to come and see, myself and a friend took a chance to try the quad bikes which was fun. There is a rule for women to not wear shorts upto a certain height but clothing is available for a 200 baht returnable fee. Feeding the elephants was good and the views around the area was brilliant too! Defo... More

This place was absolutely beautiful! It is off the beaten path so it may cost you a few extra THB to get there, but it is worth every penny! I would make a day of it. There were food vendors there so you don't have to worry about going without food and drink. The shows were cool too! The history... More

I loved this place, and it's constant restoration provides ongoing work for dozens of people. However, when we paid 500 bahts each to get in, we thought there couldn't be anything else left to pay for, BUT everything is extra! I mean everything! When they find a way a supplying the air you breath then they will charge for that... More

Took me six years and 4 trips to Pattaya but finally made the time to visit. Fantastic example of Thai craftsmanship. Great that there is still work going on and will be for many years. You get the opportunity to watch the carvers in action.

Sanctuary of Truth is an amazing temple made only with wood. Even the nails are made of wood. A must see in Pattaya.
