Quieter than Chaweng, either pay 100 Baht for a shaded lounger or some bars happy if you just buy food and drink. Nice sand, sea clean but keep away from where the "river" comes out!

The beach has some activity for every age group. This must be the most happening beach in Samui. The water is shallow at some parts of the beach making it perfect for kids. The food vendors could be a turn off at times.

You'd be fine, weather can be a bit hit and miss in July⛈⛈ but if you and your girls stick to the rules you follow at home then you won't have any problem
