Horrified. Mahatma Ghandi would be crying. Starving distressed (and drugged) tigers. Concrete pens. Birds in cages too tiny to flap their wings. Monkeys so distressed and depressed. Sealions in tiny pools. The owner's of this establishment need a dose of their own medicine - but...More

Good aquarium but not-so-good environment for the big cats. I did not see the "show" as our timing was adrift. Plenty of opportunities to have your photo taken with the quieter big cats and a chance to feed cubs.

Had a good day, the shows are nice and the zoo is fun for a couple of hours. It is a small zoo on a small island, do not expect too much...

After having been to a variety of zoos in the US and Australia, this one is really quite shocking, although not unexpected. The entry fee of THB 750 p.p. seems really quite high after you tour the place and see the facilities. I regret paying...More

Firstly the place is pretty rundown. The aquarium was ok, lots of different types of fishes but the lights were out on 90% of the information pasted on the wall. So we had to strain our eyes to see what was written and we eventually...More

With a lack of things to do on the island we went to the zoo for the afternoon and it was one of the saddest places I have ever been! You walk around a very run down 'zoo', watch 2 shows and then watch people...More

Very commercial. I did not like the ambiance and the presentation of the animals. All is done to make you spend money but the environment of the animals is pathetic

Spend your time on other things, don't visit this "zoo". The animals are not treated well and some are ill.
