As far a train stations go, this one is quite neat and clean. There are a couple of good places to eat outside around the station. We boarded the sleeper train to Bangkok from here.

Nice trip by train Bangkok- Chiang Mai- Bangkok, long trip but very nice view !!! The station is nice and clean, staff is also friendly. I also met a friendly black doggy at the station !!!

They have 1st class sleeper trains for just 2 people. Nite the 6 pm train is the new train and it is just wonderful! You will have your booth to yourself and at night they will come and make up 2 beds (bunk style) The... More
