Googled and emailed to book. I agree w other answers if doing afternoon course it was from 4-8 pm approximately. Come hungry. Great experience

They won't offer you a vegan cooking class but as you cook your own dishes you can easily leave eggs and meat out of your wok and you'll be fine. I am sure they can adapt the dishes to a vegan version.

All the kitchens are set up in an open area outside. But there’s covered with A/C units. Imagine you are cooking in your backyard with A/C units blowing. It was hot but not too bad considering we were out in the open area.
