If you like strolling around expansive gardens then you may well enjoy this place. Don’t forget to take something to cover your shoulders and legs or be prepared to fork out to the local traders to buy or hire a sarong or two. I can...More

We liked our visit here even though one of the areas was closed for a Bhuddist ceremony. Although comparatively new, the place exudes character. The Queen's rose gardens are special as are all the trees

This summer palace is in the hills, so cooler than lower. There is no entrance into the Palace itself, just strolling the gardens that sprawl around the Palace.

The place suffers from the Thai affliction of dual pricing which is extremely unwelcoming and downright illegal in most civilised countries. The place needs some more explanatory detail - I am a sprightly 75 year old; others less blessed than me would not cope with...More

Nice gardens. Not a lot to look at as walking area is very restricted. Not a lot of information for self guided tours.

There are lots of beautiful gardens. You should stay somewhere around this area to get to Doi Suthep early and can enjoy the mountain all day long.
