I don't enjoy markets apart from food markets, and I didn't really enjoy this one. It was very touristy. Full of clothes and souvenirs that you'd see at the night bazaar. A local guide I met told me ,a typical tourist, to straight up half the asking price for merchandise, and they'll still make a tidy profit. I don't know... More

not very touristy, generally frequented by the locals. it is a wet and dry market with a flower market just nearby. great fun for walking around exploring bits and bobs and buying fruits and local dry produce.

Flowers, fresh food, clothes, fabrics, toys, gift items, household items, souvenirs, cooked food, spices, candies...reasonable prices. An explosion of colors, tastes, textures and smells...Whatever you might be looking for you can most likely find it here.

Many tourists await the Sunday (Walking) Market on Rachadamnoen Rd. [through the Tha Pae gate]. If you wish to avoid the crowds and go during the week [10 AM to 5 PM] then do yourself a favour-- visit the Warorot Market. Why? It has almost everything in addition to being a cultural icon. The flower section [at the back] is... More

Regrets! Regrets! My niece and I didn't go to Warorot earlier and didn't really spend time in this marvel of a market place. It literally houses a huge range of consumer items a shopper needs. Let's just summarily describe the items as food and non-food. What I like most is that one doesn't really have to haggle his head off... More

I went along December 2016 Many Chinese stall holders and produce here aswell as Thai. It gets very busy inside and there is lots of good packed in. Some stalls same same produce and items but there is still some unique items. The item I was after wasn't sold at this market but still an OK market to walk around

Three floors of everything you can think of! From clothes & bags to meat & spices, even puppies! A lot of locals shop there so very authentic. We went around 4.30pm after reading that it closed at 6pm however a lot of stalls were closed or closing at this time so would recommend going earlier.

Although the place is quite big, the market has limited varieties. I went there with my family, and we only stayed for a hour. I personally prefer other markets. It is located in a building. Therefore, it might be a good idea to visit if it is raining outside.

This market is frequent by locals and goods are really comprehensive. However prices are not that competitive. Spend an hour touring the whole market.
