I was in Chiang Mai on vacation, and also looking for a place to study Thai massage. This place was perfect! Small class instruction and they offer 1-3 day workshops that can work around your schedule if you're only going to be in the city a short time. The massages here are the best in Chiang Mai. It's worth the... More

I found this school perfect for me. Patient teachers + small classes (1-3 person max per teacher) = fantastic learning experience. You can even get a 1:1 training for a similar price, but it actually helps to watch from the 3rd person perspective sometimes. I took three courses and while the teachers personal characteristics quite influenced the atmosphere and style,... More

We were a group of six adults, and have visited three different massage parlours in Chiang Mai. Loi Kroh offered the most authentic experience among them. It is conveniently located in an alley close to a busy street, which is not far from the night market. But the atmosphere is totally different once you walk into that alley. It was... More

I attended this school for a month and learned Abdominal Detox, Foot Reflexology and Head massage. As a beginner I wasn't sure what to expect, but the teachers were so friendly, helpful and patient. The reason I chose this school after countless hours of research was the small class sizes and other than one course that had 3 of us,... More

We liked our massage so much that we had to return. The vibe at this place was peaceful, and the staff were really genuine and true healers. If you want an authentic experience and a quality Thai massage for a good price, this is your place.

I attented the basic and the advanced thai massage cource on Dec 2014, with Napa and Keiji and I am absolutely happy I did it. This school is honest. Small groups(2-3 students), smily faces, friendly people, knowledged teachers. Profesionalism and small scale make this school an excellent place for anyone to learn the healing arts they teach. I recommend this... More

I had two massages from Jang after an American Masseur recommended Loi Kroh rd massage school to me, for first rate massages. As the other comments say, you pass along the sleazy street and arrive at a professional place of calm. It is a total contrast and oasis! (There is also a really lovely Japanese Café further along the same... More

Loikroh road is a busy, not the most charming road, but you wouldn't have thought there could be such a serene, tucked away space right there as Loikroh massage. Welcoming you with tea and lots of flowers all around. All the staff was very helpful and all smiles. They have a nice space for mantra in the morning before school.... More
