Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Cafe located in a kinda warehouse arty area. Perfect place to sit and chill. Joined a meetup and it was a great spot to chat and chill.
Flat white was fantastic and service was on point. It's a stone throw from Si Phrya pier and Icon Siam mall

Great coffee, something sweet, photography on the walls, books and relaxed atmosphere. I will miss this spot.

Great place to visit as it has retail and also food and it's just by the river!
As you walk in, you will enter the retail outlet called Anyroom which offers a lot of homeware and decor items. At one end of it is a clothes shop called Lonely Two Legged Creature. Although not many choices, each piece is so simple and yet well designed. The material is excellent and it is fully designed and made in Bangkok (or Thailand at least, can't recall well). The sales guy at the store names Kong was indeed very sweet and helpful. After speaking a little more to him we found out that he's the assistant designer and was so so humble about it. The price of items at this outlet as well as at Anyroom were priced reasonably and it's always good to support the local market ;)
After that area, you will walk through the Library cafe before coming to a small open outdoor garden space which sort of separates the customer area from an office. Continue walking and you will come to the first restaurant, Never Ending Summer.
I recommend the mien kam appetizer and the grilled pork. The eatery itself is just so pretty to be in. Well done up ID with a sorta open kitchen.
There's another restaurant beside it but I'm not sure about the operation hours (prolly dinner?) as we were there for lunch and it wasn't opened yet although you could see through it's glass walls. It has an outdoor section that overlooks the river. Would be nice in thee evening when it's not so hot.

It was said to be close to the ferry terminal, but you have to pass abandoned buildings, which felt dangerous.
The site itself also seems to have different opening hours depending on the store, and when I went only the cafe and gallery were open, which was disappointing. I didn't think it was a place worth going out of my way to visit.

We took heed of some good reviews and we chose to visit this place even though not the easiest to get to from where we were staying. The place wasn’t particularly well signposted and there was hardly anyone there, just a couple of people in the restaurant. There was little really to see so if you are going for an arty visit I’d strongly avoid and go to warehouse 30 on the other side of the river which had a bit more going on.

I'm sorry but I know there are people who love this market but this was not for my friends and I. Quite inaccessible - we took 40 minutes to get there by cab and left within 30 minutes. Stuff sold there are more of a higher-end and it's quite small as compared to all other night markets - just one semi-long lane. Nice ambience though.
Didn't go to the Jam Factory so can't comment on that but the Knack Market is a no-no for us.

Lots of unique and arty design goods . All staffs are young and friendly. A lady borrowed me a charger before i went to the next door restaurant for dinner. When we came back she tried to help us to book a taxi via Grab app to the nightmarket. No taxi took the order. Then the young guy volunteered to walk us to the main street and get the taxi.He didn’t leave until we got into a cab! I couldn‘t believe my eyes! Very gentle and helpful!

The kind of place where you would only go if you have plenty of leisure time and don't mind exploring new places.
For us who were wanting to escape the shopping mobs on New Year's eve, to try catch the sunset and enjoy Choa Phraya's romantic waterside scenery....it was very okay.
Getting here isn't exactly easy.
If you are familiar with Bkk BTS, theres 2 options:
1. get to BTS Krung Thon Buri, exit and grab a taxi...cost 40Tjb theresbouts.
Getting there we did option 1.
2. Getting home we did this option:
Get to BTS Saphan Taksin, exit to Sathorn Pier.
a) U can cross Chao Phraya at Si Phraya Pier by paying 4.5Thb.
b) Or Catch the free Millenium Hilton shuttle boat to cross over the other side.
Jam Factory is just a short distance walk at the Klongsan sign.
Walkabouts its art installation event, the shop with a quirky "Lonely Two Legged Creature" selling household decors (which we couldn't possibly cart home) a couple more smallish shops and a cafe took us 30mins or
But watching the fishermen trying their luck on rods, sitting down on the waterfront cafes watching the glorious setting sun against the the backdrop of the RiverCity and The Sheraton Hotel with a never ending stream of cruisenoats, junks or canal boats.... .
Nice way to spend the evening.

We stayed at the Hilton nearby and wandered into Jam Factory mostly due to just looking for a place to have lunch on our first day. This was a pretty interesting little alleyway. Keep an eye on the events page to see if anything suits you, otherwise stop by only if in the area, not worth a special trip.
