Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A small gallery with a few exhibits of local artists and a trio of works by International masters. Nice but a pretty quick stop.

Not visited any other galleries in Bangkok, but certainly enjoyed visiting this one. It is housed in a appropriately spartan post-industrial concrete shell, recently constructed by the look of it. Reminded me a bit of some of the rooms in Tate Modern in London. Entry was free, and we spent about an hour looking at the paintings and sculptures over 3 floors in air-conditioned comfort. The place is easy to find - its right next to the Democracy Monument in Ratchadamnoen Klang Rd. There were a number of empty rooms, so I imagine that the number of displays will expand at some point in the future.

A few friends and I wandered in here while waiting for another activity. It's free! No AC, but the space is tidy and has a lot of good pieces. Very interested and a lot from Thai artists. I would visit again.

Happen to walk past...and need some air conditioner! It was hot. So walked inside...with little expectation. It was free after all!
What a pleasant surprise. All Thai artists. Love the oil on canvas.
If you are near Khao San Rd, this is 5mins walk away...go check it out...if your into art.

This small art gallery seems to have parts under renovation, but what is available to see is a good but smallish collection from mostly local artists.
With free entry, worth stopping in for a quick look if already in the area.

Accidently visited this art center while waiting for friend to pick up. Since its jus minutes away from my hostel, decided to drop by and to my suprised, they just recently launched this place the day before! Amazing interior with rustic-industrial look. On the 3rd level, they have a full exhibition with amazing displays! Very modern, contemporary yet very Thai. They have a few staff who will accompany you and show you how to enjoy the whole exhibition. Most of the exhibition are focusing on thai modern arts and design, as well as Asean's. Be prepared to be impressed! Highly recommended for creative people!

The Ratchdemnoen Contemporary Art Center is located right across from the Loha Prasart. Actually there is a Bangkok Bank branch located beside it. After your visit to the Loha Prasart Temple or the Golden Mount and need a cool place to rest, the above art center is an ideal place to do so. The several stories building displays the Thai contemporary arts from various famous artists. A visitor can easily spend an hour in this art center in order to view through the displays.
