morning to mid day there are nothing much to see. many cafes around, good for chilling. many taxi drivers will be approaching you trying to get u to take up their day tour. can be quite warm in the noon day

Yes, and make sure that you don't believe anyone you encounter on the way there if they tell you it is closed. That is a scam trying to get you to go somewhere else.
