As in my review of Lumpinee, this is a place I have waited OVER a decade to attend and experience. It EXCEEDED my expectations. I bought my ticket in advance off the stadium's website (did not want to take any sort of chances buying day of), I was seated in the 2nd row with a incredible view of the ring... More

Note: no fight on Saturday. I came on Saturday night realizing the stadium was close, so I came here again the next day. I bought the cheapest seat for 1000 and still had a great time. You could still see it pretty clearly. The fights were really intense. I was there for 7 fights and there were 4 knock outs.... More

I went on my own on the 20th March, having read reviews saying ringside seats are a must do. I was so gutted I took that advice and paid 2500 baht. Within 5 minutes I knew I'd made a mistake. The ringside seats are bereft of any atmosphere or culture. Having looked constantly into the areas where the noise was... More

Came here on a Thursday night which apparently is the best night to visit. The atmosphere is fantastic! Buzzing with people cheering, gambling and thrilling fights. Have a beer and a popcorn and get some fantastic insight into the sport ... I am a Muay Thai novice and left as a fan! It also is nicely cooled which was a... More

Even if you are not a boxing fan, a visit to Rajadamnern is a great way to experience some Thai culture and traditions. If you are a tourist, I recommend using your tour guide or one of the official vendors outside the venue to buy your tickets. Ring-side seats were 2500 dong and that included a voucher for a hot... I've always been a fan of boxing and now MMA...in Thailand, Muay Thai is king and this is the 7 decade old palace where it all happens. It's easy to access, we took the sky train and then hopped in a cab. Splurge the extra $$$ for Ringside seating...it's a long, entertaining night...we bought are tix off the website...you'll be... I'm not a traditional boxing fan, but the ritual, respect for opponent, and skills these young boxers brought, along with ringside and local experience made for an amazing night. If you are really, really tight on cash, go for the mid-level seats, but I am so happy I went ringside. It gives you access to the warm up area, where... More

Thai Boxing in Thailand In the box-ring of Rajadamnern Stadium, men compete against eachother in Muay Thai boxing. It was a super experience! The crowd was mixed tourist and locals. The uber-taxi driver could find the place easily. Tickets are easy to buy online. A seperate counter is organised for "online tickets". Tip 1: You cannot bring drinks and foods... More

We went and were expecting to wait for the fight to start and barter for tickets. Some of our party wanted to ensure they were close and wanted ringside. They are definitely tourist tickets when you go ringside and you pay a lot more than you should. However, to my suprise they were well worth the money. They got us... More
