Go for as long as you can, there is a restaurant where you can eat, heated chairs to snooze in adn all the fabulous baths, soaks, steam options too.

Yes, there are different packages and options, you can check them out at their website, n book an appointment in advance. The best part is that they can provide shuttle service for the appointment from your city hotel also.
