Neighbourhood: Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.

It s a huge store, lots of customers.
Aroma oil massage was decent with the right amount of pressure .
Foot massage was very average and felt it was not properly worked on.
I do notice many visitors complaint about lost time, which in my case I only receive 75 minutes of massage out of the 90 minutes paid.
I suspect they started counting time from the moment I leave my seat to go to the massage room, which includes the time where you change & shower :/. Honestly hope the management can come up with a timer for each employee to start when they actually started the massage.
Overall the massage really depends on which masseurs you get

Overall satisfy with the massage I get from this branch and the masseur do not demand tips like Sathorn branch.
Enjoy the experience there.

Our friend recommended two SPA to us in Bangkok. One is Asia Herbs Association. One is Health Land in Ekamai and we booked for 2 hours of aroma oil massage last week. First of all, the front desk at Ekamai didn't even provide us with choice of oil. We had massages before so I asked one lady in a black suit if we could choose oil. She then realized she forgot to show us oils. They only have 3 kinds of oils...not like Asia Herbs. Our massage ladies took us to a big room and change shoes. They didn't serve tea or tell us where to go after changing the shoes. We were confused and stood there waiting to be taken to the room. The massage room is big and nice. However, the lady who did my massage did not cut her nails so as a result, I got a long stretch mark on my calf (left leg). At the end, I told her to stop as it was not relaxing at all and I did not want to get more marks. We made a complaint with the front desk but the staff there did not seem to care. Very disappointing... I rather to pay 200 THB more at Asia Herbs instead - professional and relaxing services, nicer room, and 6 choices of massage oils. Perhaps Health Land is focus on Thai Massage NOT Aroma Oil Massage!

Booked a 2 hour massage for 3 persons by phone. Receptionist confirmed the price of 3,000 baht for all 3. When we got there we were told by Ms. Thongta (a very rude lobby host) that the regular massage was not available at that time so we were booked for the more expensive one. The price suddenly went up from baht 3,000 to baht 6,000! Told that we could wait an hour if we wanted the regular massage. When we declined the upsell, ms. Thongta says "you never made a booking". Unfortunately, we had already been shown a slip with our booking at the Reception so Ms. Thongta had to accept that was a lie. Then we asked to speak to a manager only to be told "there is no manager here". When we asked for the manager's phone number, a Ms. Suwanna appears claiming she was the manager. The whole scene seemed well practiced! Now that we had declined the more expensive option, ms. Suwanna offered us the regular massage which magically had become available!
This place is a factory. It's almost like waiting in a queue being handed a "number". The staff are rude. Some other reviews correctly state that do not expect a smile when you come to Health Land Ekamai. The exact opposite of a calm, relaxing experience that a massage/spa should offer. Never visiting again.

No welcome, no smiles at this large, clinical place. Women at reception brusque & officious. Not told to wait in an area until my name was called. Had to go and ask that too.
Massage itself was good, but 50 mins, not 1 hr.
Won't go here ever again.

I have always love Healthland and will definitely make effort to visit Healthland whenever am in Bangkok. Recent visit was extremely disappointed! Masseur left half way, then replaced with another masseur after several minutes and who was half awake. Worst, the masseur was not well trained, unsure where are the right spot for pressure points! Spoke to the Manager, and she did not express any regret and options to compensate for the poor massage skill. Really disappointed!

First of all , none of the massages go on for the hours specified. Definitely short changed.
The masseuses do not seem to have had much training at all. If at the end of a massage one does not feel relaxed, it means something, right ?
Unless Health Land improves- particularly the Ekamai one - please stay away.........

Just got an Aromatherapy massage at Healthland earlier today - it seems like the lady wasn't trained for this therapy at all. Parts of the massage were uncomfortable, and most of the rest was insipid. The oil was thick and had a bad smell to it. The shower in the room didn't specify which lotion was the shampoo and which was the soap!
The lady giving the massage herself seemed relieved when I ended it 5-10 mins early. In hindsight, should have stopped 10 mins into the massage itself, and not wasted my time, and ended up with a sore back.
Worst part of it is that HealthLand doesn't seem to care much. As other reviewers have written - it is like an assembly line, and they don't care for individual experiences much. When I gave feedback about my massage, all the manager said was - you should have told us in the first 15 mins of the massage.
So, if you somehow find yourself compelled to go there, make sure to walk out if you don't have a good first 10 mins - it probably won't get any better.

Clean ,safty and professional massage for Health land Spa. I feel comfortable to use the services of this branch. It is relaxing for me to have an oil massage, by the way I like both oil and Thai massages. Thanks for the creation of a nice place and a nice service.
