Address
Neighbourhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
How to get there
- Sukhumvit • 4 min walk

Came here today after back and forth discussion with my husband.
Only book foot massage and the whole place amazingly quiet
Still recommend this place since it is clean and spacious, 700 Baht for Thai massage and 400 Baht for foot massage.
Have been coming here for past 4 years every time we come to Bangkok, will recommend this to people who are a bid more alert with hygiene.

A large place consisting of several floors, the first time I visited there, I was surprised by the crowds, it's better to make a reservation via the website first. Very neat queuing system and senior therapists, even though they are old, they really understand massage techniques. I tried Thai massage with herbal compress, and I really like the massage, I will come back again. The price they offer is cheap compared to the quality they provide. No wonder this place is always crowded.

Had 2hours Thai massage with herbal compress. Thai massage part is Ok but the herbal compress part not too enjoyable. The herbal ball is rough hard on the body, and sometimes the herbal ball is way too hot when press on the body.
My friend and I shared the same room, the masseuses start keep chatting on halfway of the massage. In the middle of the massage, one of the masseuse walk out the room and let the door keeping open while we are topless in the room, people walk in the corridor can see our bare back, another masseuse only close the door when saw people walk pass our room.
The massage is 2 hours but end up it finished 15mins earlier.
Compare with other massage shop, health land is cheaper in price but we won’t come back, as many better choices in Bangkok for massage treatment.

Excellent 2hr Thai Massage for 650b and l must say every time it has been excellent.
There’s been no hit and miss on any one of my 12 visits which l think is wonderful.
Great price for such an amazing establishment. The service is 110% every time and I’ve never made a booking tho the wait time is never no more than 15mins.
Highly recommend.

I had a Thai traditional massage.
The building is very beautiful and luxurious, yet reasonable
We asked the tour Guide the day before to make a Reservation for three family members by phone
I was led into a cubicle of three.
Personal belongings and a change of clothes were also at my bedside for peace of mind
I gave them 50 baht apiece in tips.
And finally, coconut tea (?) on the first floor. We had
The body became light as if I did a stretch that I could not do by myself
I'd love to hear it again next time
The croissants from the adjacent cafe were delicious
The skewers of the stalls that were served on the way to Asoke station on the way home were also delicious
I wanted to buy what I thought was a papaya salad I was making at this stall, because I couldn't buy it this time

I’ve been to this Health Land twice now (I should have written my review after my first visit!) I first found out about Health Land because an ex-pat told me this was the best place to get a massage… after going around Thailand for two weeks I would agree this was my favorite place to get a massage. Beautiful interior, friendly and accommodating staff, and the Bael tea at the end was delightful. The first time I came, I got a 2hr Thai massage and the second time I got the 2hr Thai massage but also a 1hr facial (an amazing experience). Health Land is in a class of its own and still very affordable for those visiting Thailand. I highly recommend.

We loved our massage experience at Health Land in Patong and were very excited to visit Health Land’s Asoke location when we got to Bangkok a few days later. The experience at these two locations couldn’t have been more different from each other. My family of 4 booked a two hour thai massage session. The first hour was painfully unbearable. They patted the same parts of our legs just to give the impression that they were working on something. My lady was about to fall asleep on me, yawn loudly the whole time and kept patting my legs mechanically with zero pressure. The lady worked on one of my kids burped continuously. They were just utterly unprofessional. I considered stopping the massage midway and requesting a different lady for myself. But it would be impossible to communicate that because the lady spoke no English. More than an hour into my legs being patted at the same spots by the lady that had apparently decided to use my session as her break time (who was sitting in the sane one spot comfortably while lazily patting my legs), i demanded to have her work on my back. It took several requests before she reluctantly moved on from patting my legs to massaging my back. Things got a bit better after she started working on my back, perhaps because she could tell I was getting upset.
My blood was boiling by the time the two hour session ended. So much for the relaxation and rejuvenation that we had hoped to get from these massages. To be fair, my husband’s lady wasn’t too bad. Not great, but at least she showed some efforts for the most part. The consensus from my husband and the two teenagers was that their masseuses at this location were far less skilled than all the masseuses we had had in Thailand. But my lady in particular was by far the worst.
There are so many great massage places in the Asoke area. Don’t waste your money and time at Health Land Asoke.

The employee named Mr. Torfun, who looks older than a cashier, speaks without manners even though he knows that we understand Thai and speaks loudly. It's like customers are friends. It makes the atmosphere of using the service very bad, like going to the bus station. Please go see the work at Let's Relax Spa to see how they serve customers.

While the massage itself is better than average, the complete customer experience is bad - I live in Bangkok and went to health Land three times during the past 2 weeks as it‘s conveniently located just 100 meters from my apartment. During the last visit the room me and my partner was given had a severe problem with the aircon - it was so loud that no relaxing atmosphere was possible. The masseuse stopped three times and tried to fix it but without success. When I complained to the management after the massage I was told that I should have asked for another room and that they can‘t do anything to compensate me for the bad experience.
There are a lot of good massage places in Bangkok - and from now on I will go to one which puts more effort into real customer service.

Hi there, I would like to make a reservation on May 10 at 19pm, 3 people, 2 go for Thai massage 2 hrs, 1 go for body scrub + oil massage, can we stay in one private room? Thanks
Written 5 March 2017
If I'm not mistaken, it will not be possible to do different treatments in the same room. Only if all are doing thai massages.
They have separate floors for different massages and even male masseurs for men (no hanky panky!).
I would recommend that you make a reservation, esp in the evenings and weekends. Just get your hotel concierge to call for you once you check-in.

I have going for a short trip to Bangkok for 3 days only. Can one one please advise me good Thai food especially tom
yam gung? Where is location or even other that is great that you have taste before?

I would try Jim Thompson , it's better to reserve a table. Another good and reasonable option is Baan Kanitha , I think it's at soi 23 , you could also try the Mandarin Oriental hotel. it's a bit more expensive but fantastic ambience by the river , they take you there by a boat from the main hotel. we also tried the Thai restaurant at the anantara hotel on ratchadamri road , I think it's called spice market. they too serve good Thai food.
