About
This mall in Bangkok is designed to look like an airport, complete with a shopping guide that looks like a passport. You can even check-in for your upcoming flight on the main floor. Explore the nine-story complex and its themed floors that will transport you from Tokyo to Istanbul to San Francisco, all in one day. When you're ready to refuel, head over to the Gourmet Market for a delicious selection of Thai food. Make sure to grab a Tourist Privilege Card from the information counters to enjoy discounts at participating outlets. For a more intimate experience, you can explore the mall and other attractions on a private tour of Bangkok. – Tripadvisor

Top ways to experience Terminal 21
The area
Address
Neighbourhood: Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

    Good shopping mall
Visiting and shopping at this mall is like traveling to different cities. Every floor has a distinct motif ... Rome, Paris, London, Istanbul, Tokyo, etc. The place is not really that big, but it has hundreds of shops, restaurants, etc. We dropped by this mall because it's just a walking distance from Sukhumvit area where we stayed.

    Pier21 my beloved
Obligatory stop in pattaya. We went there basically every day, the first time it was to visit, the other times it was to eat. I recommend Pier 21, a place on the last floor where you can eat good food for absurdly cheap (I'm talking like 40-100 baht at the time of this review). Especially compared to the other restaurants in the same building which will easily charge 5 times as much.

    Street food within a mall
Great idea for a cheap street experience within a mall. Loads of eating options. All good. But there are loads of places with this concept these days in Bangkok. You can try anything and literally evrything on the top floor. But my choice would be the restaurants on the floors below. A must visit to explore the street food and try some for a tourist.

Must visit for foodies in BKK!
Must visit when in Bangkok! Access the classic canon of Thai food - including rarer street food dishes. Incredibly affordable prices and consistently delicious food - treat yourself to a smoothie and/or a mango sticky rice for dessert!

    Terminal 21 food hall
Another good experience at the terminal 21 food court. If your looking for a good selection of cheap street food, then this is the place for you. Many options in the mall for food. The pier 21 food hall is the best. Decent cheap food and drinks. Get there early if you want a table with a view. We will definitely go back for more visits.

    It's a very good mall.
It's a department store with many restaurants and many different types of products. The prices are not expensive. I came here to buy souvenirs and got a lot of things to take back. Not disappointed at all. Come here. Convenient transportation with BTS and subway.

    Like American malls but better
I don’t care for shopping other than briefly but this place makes it a pleasure. It is huge, so manages well with heavy footfall. The food stall section is quite amazing, with many Asian delicacies available. The food shops are also specialist. The whole place has a good feel and is worth a visit even for the most avid anti-shopper.

    Nice Experience
I happened to decide to go to Terminal 21 because of the bad weather. It is a nice place to shop and eat and spend leisure time. They have designed every floor according to a theme based in specific city like Paris, Rome etc. Though it didn't exactly fit the themes, nontheless the design and amenities are good. There was a street food market also on at the time and it was fun to explore local food in a comfortable setting. Good place to go if you want a lot under one roof.

    Great Food Court
There is a lot of shopping here. I wish there were more places to sit down. I did use the luggage holding area so I could walk around freely. The food court on the top floor is cheap and I also enjoyed the conveyor sushi restaurant.

This shopping mall is conveniently located next to Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit via a walkway as well as just off the BTS Asok train stop. Each floor has a county theme, such as London, Paris, Tokyo etc. there are a variety of reasonably priced shops. There are also many restaurants where you can dine.

This is a large mall above the Sukhumvit MRT station and next to the Asok BTS station. Very easy to get to. Very popular. Large number of shops with an equally large number of places to eat.

These malls are HUGE and so many options of stores and food. This mall floors are like visiting another country. They are labeled as such ex Rome, Paris, Caribbean. The bottom level is just a food court with everything to choose from.

I hopped in just to look and ended up spending lots of money. I have no regrets, though; I've been looking for a lot of the staff at other malls and didn't find them.

I didn’t like this mall. It is small and outdated. The idea o having a mall like an airport is good, also each floor is a different city which could be great but it isn’t. They mostly sell lingerie and don’t have many international brands (that I know of at least). Mostly asiatic restaurants and only one serving occidental food. Point for them - they lend strollers for the kids in floor G for free.

I visit this shopping centre a lot whenever I'm in Bangkok as it's so close to Asok, Sukhumvit and Nana Stations. The levels are themed by country/continents and my favourite is is the Japan level for all the fun statues dotted around the concourse. There is a good mix of international and mid-level brand. There's also a lot of budget shops as well, more than I remember from 10 years back.

Visited given our hotel was nearby. Had high expectations but was left disappointed. In trying to offer experience of different places I think detracts from shopping experience. We found other malls around Bangkok and Sukhumvit far better. Would give it a miss next time

Used to be the best shopping mall experience in Thailand. Now been taken over by Emquartier. The shopping experience has gone down as most of the time level shops have turned into a bucket shop like wholesale shopping experience with many small shops, the experience is less thrilling than what used to be at the time when it first opened. Its location is excellent with direct access to Asok BTS and a Grand Centre point o. Top of the mall. Lots of eateries…..
