A little skeptical about taking a cooking class in Bangkok but many previous visitors and online reviews indicated otherwise. Class was great. Made some awesome dishes and have an appreciation for Thai curry now. Staff was helpful, communication was great and cooking facility was very...More

At the recent Bangkok trip we tried out three different Thai Cooking Schools - of which Sompong definitely is the best. They pick up from the BTS (Skytrain) station and drive you to the meeting point - a short walk from the local market, where...More

The whole process was amazing and seamless! We met them at the designated exit of the Chong Nonsi BTS station, where they were waiting in red aprons to transport us in a air conditioned car to the school. There we were given bottles of water...More

My friend and I had a great time learning 4 dishes at the school. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Really appreciate the recipe book that was given to us! It's really well made and informative :)

As a vegan cook and blogger I can highly recommend this great cooking school. I was surprised how easy this school adapted my personal cooking field and ingredients for my vegan diet. It´s a bit hidden on the website that this school has options for...More

Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions,
this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many.
Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi
Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the
plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a
night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's
worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers
on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop

Depends what day you go eg are they doing pad Thai etc? Look at their website & check which days you want to go. It has on there what you would be cooking so you can see if it's adaptable. They're very friendly so perhaps... More

I have two kids age 6 & 13. They charge 800 for the young one for the staff to cook her a meal. But my elder son cook by himself. You may send them a email directly and ask. But usually they reply late
