Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The commercial part of the market is nothing special but the flower market is amazing and very authentic! Definitely worth a visit

This is a great new shopping area with an amazing view and some wonderful local shopping places. There is also a Starbucks there with plenty of comfy seating, and there are multiple docks for the river ferries.

Yodpiman River Walk is a new complex done in the colonial style and is a riverside home to shops, restaurants, and other similar places of tourist interest.
However, it does not really offer anything new, so why it's a pleasant enough place there is not that much here that is worth the effort of the trip.
That said it does offer good views of the Chao Praya River and perhaps at night is a fun setting for drinks or dinner and watch the bustling on the river.
The one thing of real note is the Bangkok flower market situated behind this development - definitely worth a look to see all the amazing blooms for sale, as well as fruit and vegetables - just check out the chillies.

The good: the view.
The bad: I hope there is no maximum of characters because this is going to be a long list.
Although reasonably priced the Thai food was tasteless and watery. Thai chef? I doubt it. And who on earth is going to order a Bht 2,500 lobster salad from a Thai fast food Coca franchise??? What were they thinking? Then there is the wine issue: the house wine, yes, let me repeat this, the HOUSE wine, was priced at 1,800++ . It being the cheapest wine you can imagine the price of the others. The biggest mistake we made though was to order 3 portions of bbq'd ribs. Although advertised as "bbq'd" they were fried and came without any sauce and were, once again, utterly tasteless. Proof in the pudding was that the maitre d' acknowledged the poor quality and decided not to charge us. What a pity for such a nice location. I cannot help but think that Coca's policy is: let's just assemble a Thai menu, throw in some expensive western lobster dishes, charge through the nose for wine and surely there will be enough Thai wannabe hi-so's who will fall for it. My guess: 2 months before they "relocate".

I went there three times, first for the BD event and another at the NY party, there were amazing DJs both nights, made such memorable parties! I recently went for a touristic walk around that area and had a chance to get back during the afternoon for mocktails (retox!) I enjoyed that i wished that I could stay and watch the sunset. Great venue, food & staff!!

Wholesale flower market. Interesting to see how they transform the flowers into special arrangements that can be used as offerings at the temple. Vegetables, some fruit and bags of spices add to the flavor of this market.

Fantastic selection of flowers. Best time to go is in the evening. Prices are so cheap as well. The artistry of some of the sellers is truely outstanding.

The most beautiful river bend of the Chaophraya River is the first landmark of the nation in the history.

Being the coffee fanatic that I am, I was so comforted to find a Starbucks so close to my hotel. It was like coming home for a short minute during a long trip in Asia. Also found a place to rent bicycles to tour the city as well as a very helpful tourist bureau.
