This company operates under several different names, including Cambodia Tour Services, which is the company we booked our tour under. We really wanted a daytrip tour to Angkor Wat from Bangkok, and not many places offered such a tour, but this place did. Was a little hesitant to book based on some iffy reviews and the fact that all of... More

I traveled to Thailand for my birthday especially to see Tigers & Elephants. I booked a private tour of the tiger temple but a couple of weeks before I arrived it he closed - so I emailed to get confirmation of this, Suzie sent me another itinerary of what I was doing for the day. 27 June I was picked... A luxury car with a driver came early in the morning to pick us (me, my husband and our 8 years old son) up from our hotel in Bangkok. After 2 hours of driving we stopped in Kanchanabury to take our guide Danupol Chotiyut (Dominik) – a nice young man from Thailand. We reached the Tiger Temple to start with... More

DO NOT under any circumstances book with this company. They are dodgy and irresponsible! We booked a floating market tour with them on the 26th of December and received an email from Suzie Whey confirming pick up time the night before. The next day we got up early and spent 2 hours waiting for them in the lobby. They never... More

This is my first review on tripadvisor. I've used the site extensively as I am an avid traveler. When arranging my Southeast Asia trip, I was looking for an established tour company in the Bangkok area to handle my tour. Hellfire tours, indeed, operates under several different company names, but they all get you to the same place and people... More

We booked for a Tiger Temple tour with tiger cub feeding and had a once in a lifetime experience overall. We never had any problems while booking and during the tour. Our tour guide Jacky was simply amazing. He knew the grounds, showed us many things and always knew where to go next and when. He always made sure we... More

First off let me recommend this tour to anyone. We had a fantastic driver for the two of us and our guide was 'AO'. We had breakfast with the monks, bottle fed baby tigers and then progressed to interact to tigers of all ages, swimming with the elephants', train ride over the death railway and the hellfire pass. Nothing was... More

We booked the Tiger Temple, Elephant Village, and Swimming with the Pink Dolphins for our vacation to Thailand. The first day was phenomenal. The tigers, elephants, monkeys along the way, the hotel on the River Quai, were all amazing. Our driver and tour guide were so friendly and professional. We got hundreds of terrific photos. Then we tried to get... More
