On the river you see crocodiles and many birds. It was nice, not that spectaculair. Go as soon as early, to avoid the crowds

We have tried this experience during our departure from chitwan. It was early morning, sun was rising and there was mist everywhere. If you get in with a small group this is a great trip. Try at all costs not to get in with or even near a group of Chinese tourists. They are so noisey you will not see any wild life.

A great experience. We didn't see any of the iconic animals, rhino, bear, tiger etc however saw a great range of wildlfe throughout the several hours in the bush. We had two very good guides with us who tried very hard to look after us and find as much wildlife as possible. One downside was that we had three guides... More

Narayani River is the Nepal deepest and one of the biggest river .Narayani river is full of Gharials - who can be seen lazing around on its sandy banks. It is a great place to see sunset.

This is probably a trip which is better early in the morning before it gets too hot. We arrived a little late and had to wait for an hour until a boat became available. A short walk from Green Park hotel - we got close to the small crocodiles, saw hummingbirds, egrets and monkeys. At the other end we visited... More

The trip along the river was a real highlight. There are beautiful views and crocodiles to spot along the way. Try to avoid sharing a boat with another group as we had our guide speaking at the front and another guide talking to his guests at the back which made it harder to hear.

Enjoyed this river canoe ride very much. Being in the middle of the jungle is an experience of a lifetime. The river ride was calm and smooth and you're surrounded by wildlife. Our guide, Bhuwan was very informative. This is a must-do.

A great way to see wildlife, birds, mammals and reptiles. A slow paddle down the river to many water birds , including kingfishers and herons.
