Always a soulful Heartfelt experience, joyful interaction. I was fortunate to practice many mornings that infused my day with love and graditude. I always walk away with something extra for my practice. I was invited to a healing sound bath, Tesla stayed you know frequency, vibration and energy you know the universe... recommended 🙏, always wish I spent more time, hood for the soul🦋✴️🙏🌼

Did a past reincarnation regression course.
It was truly an insane experience, we digged into my past lives.
I had already experience with meditation before so I was more receptive to the experience!

I joined Osho Divine Zone for a 5-day Yoga and Meditation course. The course included a total of 3 hours of meditation and an hour of yoga per day. It was an entirely different experience for me as I have never practiced Kundalini Meditation before, but I quickly became comfortable and was able to let myself go and explore my spirituality. I loved the Kundalini meditation classes! The people at Osho Divine Zone were extremely kind, welcoming and friendly. They took me in like their family. We even took a day excursion out to a waterfall where we practiced yoga and meditation in front of the fall, feeling the mist of the water and breeze coming from the mountains. I would highly recommend Osho Divine Zone to anyone with or without experience, looking to learn or relax in Pokhara.

I went to Osho Divine Zone's office after being refused a class at another yoga school just because I was alone. So this was no problem there, and I did the afternoon mixed yoga and active meditation sessions (1 hour each). The staff was very professional and friendly. They explained me in details what will be done, as I am a newbie in this area. During the yoga session the teacher even corrected my postures when wrongly done. The music for the active meditation was very relaxing. I am actually sorry for not asking/purchasing a CD with the exercises so I could practice at home. I totally recommend Osho Divine Zone.

Words cannot really express how grateful and fortunate I am to have met Bhakta and Anita.
As soon as I stepped through the door they treated me like family. Their hearts are so open you know deep down that this is a place of love, kindness, compassion and friendship. They are both so full of life one really has to admire the place where they’re at.
I spent around 4 months visiting their centre and pretty much tried everything they were offering including daily meditation and yoga, massage, reiki, chakra healing, Tibetan singing bowl, rebirthing and Shamanic Healing.
I went from being in a very mind orientated world of fear, anxiety and judgement to a world of openness, kindness, laughter and love. It completely changed my life.
I can honestly say that they have had one of the most profound positive impacts on my life from anyone I’ve ever met.
I am eternally grateful and we will remain close friends forever ❤️❤️❤️

The best way to define Osho Divine Zone would be a place where we meet our inner self.Osho Divine Zone provides us different varieties of meditations, helaings, yogas etc. My short period-visit in Osho Divine Zone has been one of the best visit as i have learned so many new meditations, yogas n healings too. And perhaps i got so much of inspirations from Uncle Bikash n Aunt Anita as they have taught me how to help the needy ones n how to love one another and maintain unity among each other as they told me that love is the only way to heal hatered.
If you guys want to heal yourselves physically and spiritually and find peace in your life than i would like to suggest you peoples to visit the Osho Divine Zone for more knowledge about meditations, yogas n healings etc.and get healed from there.
Thankyou Uncle Bikash and Aunt Anita for showering so much of love upon me and teaching me the true meaning of life.
PS: Osho Divine Zone helps us to meet our inner self and it also helps us to live a peaceful and happy life ahead and it also helps us to heal ourselves physically, mentally n emotionally.

Osho Divine Zone, an amazing place in Pokhara where you can openly share your joyful moments with your new Osho family: Rishi, Bikash, Anita and Gobita. I completed the Reiki I course, learned the Shiatsu massage techniques and got to know about reflexology. Also I started almost everyday (for about one month) with the Hatha Yoga class and afterwards the free meditation session.
How could you start your day brighter than that?
In this period of time I realised what really matters in Life: connect with your Self and feel and spread the Bliss around you, which you will attain when you got into this connection.

I attended a yoga class and received a traditional Nepali shamanic healing session. The operators are genuine and kind, I experienced a clearing old traumas and left with valuable insights. Definitely a great place for authentic yoga and healing practices not seen in the West.

I did the half day program which included a one hour yoga class, one hour yoga nidra meditation and singing bowl healing meditation of approximately 45 minutes. All three were wonderful. The yoga class (mix of Hatha and other elements such as focus on breathing) was one of the best yoga classes I’ve done. The instructor was superb, very gentle and friendly with a calming disposition. The maximum they take is 6 so you’re guaranteed a small class. Be aware that there is a one hour gap between each session if you do the half day program.
