Took a 10 time card and enjoyed every lesson. Very knowledgable teacher and nice studio with the added bonus of a nice smoothie after at jiva cafe. Enjoyed especially the meditations after the yoga.

Drop in classes are 700NR for a 75 to 90 minute asana class. There were three teachers there this season; Miluse, Layal and Tom. I took classes with all of them and I learned so much. Then try the smoothies at Jiva cafe and spa...More

Had 6 sessions here during a recent holiday. Each class was well structured with clear instruction from the teachers. Student levels ranged hugely, but all made to feel welcome.

like another reviewer, i also tried different yoga places, and this was the best: lovely settings, hygienic environment, helpful teacher who really takes care of students, adjusting them in the right position. variety and content of the classes is also great.

I did a walk-in class and the instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. The other participants were varied in skill. I typically hate yoga, but thought when in Nepal.....If my schedule had aligned correctly, I would have definitely gone to another class.
